These are not very tasty, or tender even with meat tenderizer and allow them to marinate for 1 hr in the fridge. Won't purchase again

Purchased this last night, got home and started to separate into smaller freezer bags. Meat was discolored and rotten!

I liked this steak. I cut it into cubes and popped it in the food processor. I turned one tray into spaghetti, tacos, hamburgers and more! I loved it all. I just want to mix some other meat in next time

I use these to make excellent beef jerky in the smoker

I don't believe I have ever had such tough steak in my 67 years. Even after tenderizeing.

These were so tough. Probably due to being so thin.

I like that there's not much fat. Good in soups and stir fry
