Toughest cut I have ever gotten from Sams.  The dogs enjoyed it though.

These were rubbery and had no flavor. This is the last time I buy cheap steak.

Looked so good & I made smothered steak. Sadly they were so tough I could barely cut them with the knife.  I'll try again & I'll certainly tenderize 1st.

Angus Ye of the round steaks

We needed a large package of round steak to make a nice Beef Stroganoff for our family meal that we serve each week at our Home Group Bible study that we host in our home each Friday night (you are all invited!). We bought two of these and really only needed one, so the other is in my freezer for another night when I will make Beef Oyster for them all and freak them out with the name!
