[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful container, but it is just.....meh...a plastic container. it snaps securely, but hard to clean around the hardware and snaps. It has a strong suction and didn't leak, however, I did not put liquid inside. The container and lid are hard plastic. So it's a little better quality than your average container.

I have a much better sense of what I have in my pantry now because everything has its own place and I can tell exactly how much pasta, rice, flour, etc. I have left. Plus, my flour, pancake mix and other perishables are now in air tight sealed containers - this is much more functional for freshness and cleanliness. You have to apply slight pressure to push the lid down therefore giving it a tight seal before you clip the lid on. I love that the lid is completely flat and I can stack them. Would definitely recommend these for anyone wanting to get organized in their kitchen/pantry.

I cut the fruits and veggies for the week on Sunday night and the fruit stays fresh and the veggies stay crisp for the entire week! I will be purchasing more of these containers, but grateful for the complimentary set #noexcuses

When you have a smaller family like mine, we always over cook. I am all about left overs. I love saving them for lunch the next day, etc! As a left over lover, I am always looking for the best containers to save my food. I want it to stay fresh as long as possible. With the Rubbermaid Brilliance Food storage containers, my food is fresher than ever. I love the leak proof seal! When packing up soups for work, I hated spilling it everywhere. Thank you jesus for creating a container than is leak proof. The latches make sure nothing gets out! I have multiple left overs in my fridge at once, being able to save space with the stacking feature is genius. With these containers being the perfect size, and an amazing price I for sure plan to purchase more. These have been amazing, I look forward to bringing my lunch to work everyday now! I love how it is spill free for bringing soup for lunch. I was very impressed I put leftover spaghetti in the container and when it come to cleaning the container was not stained, before I would have to use a old container since the pasta sauce would always stained. I also liked that the lid can stay on this container while microwaving which makes it nice to not have to constantly watch or clean the microwave of splatters!

I warmed up pasta with red sauce in the microwave and there was no staining in the container afterwards and was easy to leave the vent open while warming. It’s spot on for any type of meal prep and I do like that it’s a little bit lighter in weight. So I guess it depends on if you would be taking this container to work with you and you’re tossing it into your work bag and you need it to be lighter than the plastic option is perfect. I am trying to move away from using so much plastic so I do prefer the glass container over the plastic one. But I also have the flexibility to come home for lunch where my glass containers are stored in my fridge with ease.

Using my new Rubbermmaid Brilliance food storage containers has saved my refrigerator from some strong garlic and onion odors over the past week. I like to prep for dinner in the afternoon when the baby naps to make dinnertime easier. For me these containers are perfect for that. They look nice, my husband thought they were glass before he picked one up then dropped said container. They're very sturdy too. I'm actually planning on buying more. The Rubbermmaid Brilliance food storage containers has been far superior to containersee I've used in the passed. Although, I did receive them for free for my review, my opinion and experience is my own and true.
