[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with these containers. I keep them in my house in Costa Rica, and I'll tell you how they've been so extremely helpful to me. First, CR is very very humid, so naturally any dried food gets ruined from the moisture in the air, even if its in a package. These containers completely fix that problem, as they are air tight so they keep my dried food and snacks as they should be. Next, I appreciate that because they're airtight, so I can keep food and leftovers in these containers, and they won't let whats in them leave any odor in my refrigerator. They're a good size, and perfectly see-through so you don't have to guess whats inside. You can also use them for bulk coffee or fruit and put in freezer. These have been a great addition to my kitchen and am happy with them.

Although I was given this product for free, this is my honest review. I recently took my Rubbermaid Brilliance Food Storage Containers on vacation with us packed with some snacks for the car ride with our children and then to use for our days on the beach. I found it so helpful that these containers are 100% leak-proof guaranteed! It was wonderful to reach for the container and open it knowing the contents wouldn’t be floating in water! As a busy mama of two boys, I also love the convenient feature of these containers being safe for the dishwasher, microwave, and freezer! When we got home from vacation, I stocked up on another set. I've used for meal prep; cleaned and now ready to eat fruit; leftovers which can go right in the microwave as they are #microwavesafe with built-in vents in the lids; I make large pots of soup so I can divide up and freeze for later as they are #feezersafe too! Containers have #leakproof lids which is great for my soup and taking some to grandma...no spills! When I'm all done I can pop them in the dishwasher, because you guessed it #diswashersafe too, and they come out looking new!

It seriously did not leak like it guarteeed. What I love about it is that the pasta sauce did not stain the container at all. I just love it so much. The portion sizes are ideal, and I like that they’re separated even with the lid on so my food doesn’t get all mixed up. My lunch consists of leftovers, so often I am carrying soups and stews. There have been so many occasions when I've arrived at work only to discover that my container has leaked and half my lunch is gone and my bag ruined. So that was my ultimate test for my review of Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE. For one week I used it to bring lunch to work and I was happy to have ZERO spills! Another feature I loved was the vents that open for microwaving. No more messes microwave messes. Also, I used the container to heat up tomato soup and chili. Usually tomato based foods stain containers in the microwave, but Rubbermaid BRILLIANCE looks just as new as when I first picked it up from the store.

Being air tight the goods will be able to last a very long time. Being really thick, I am sure they will not break or crack and feel heavy duty.
