Bought this for our grankids. It did take my very handy son-in-law a full day to put together and he needed my help a couple times. It is just like going to the park! All 8 of my grandkids can play on it together and we are making happy memories outside. My kids who are in their 30's can swing with their kids too. Great product.

We were able to assemble the swingset in over the 6 hours suggested but mainly because the leg support directions as noted in other reviews are confusing. It is VERY easy to assemble wrong and have to back track. Additionally, this product comes freight. It is impossible to track or get a progress update. It was frustrating. The driver who eventually delivered it called to ensure someone was home. The problem is that his equipment on the massive truck couldn’t move this massive crate. It was too heavy. We pulled the crate to the back of the truck using our tow strap and Jeep. Overall, I recommend the product. Super quality. They need to tweak the directions for the legs. Not sure about the shipping…that was rough.

My wife and I just finished assembling this swing set in four half days. Our grandchildren were wowed by the result. The instructions were very well written with adequate warnings when specific part orientation would affect a future assembly step. The parts arrived absolutely unscratched. bent or dented ... the result of careful packaging! The only suggestion for improvement I would make would be to replace the size 2 Phillips head slot screws for the climbing wall and roof attachment with screws having a size 3 Phillips head slot. It was difficult to apply the necessary torque with the smaller slot.

After our wooden playground rotting away and having to tear it down we decided to get this playground for them this past Christmas. It was easy to assemble despite slightly vague instructions and it took 3 adults about 3 1/2 hours to assemble. I love that it will hold up to the hot humid weather of Florida for many years to come. As a side note, one of the chains on a swing started to rust. I e-mailed customer service and was quickly sent a replacement swing. Couldn't have been easier to deal with.

Church bought this for playground. Me and my two boys 9 and 12 put it togethe over several days. Careful of the longer bolts, I managed to crossthread and break two of them. But contacted customer service by email and had replacements in just over a week.

We purchased this swing set (the full bundle) just over 5 years ago and my 3 kids use it constantly and still love it. Only once have I needed to touch up rust spots, but Lifetime provided the matching paint without delay. Our set gets full sun all day and even gets blasted by in-ground sprinklers every day, but the rusting is very minimal and nothing has gotten squeaky or unsafe. When my kids were little, we did add grip tape to the ladder to reduce the risk of slipping, but that’s the only detail I’d suggest as an edit for future design updates.

My kids love to go to grandma's house to play with this. From my almost 18 month old, to my 7 year old, and the adults on the swings. I would love to purchase one myself eventually, if it did not detract from something special at grandmas house. That's the first thing they want to do, we even attached a baby swing on one of the swings place, and my baby loves it. It's very durable. It gets windy from time to time, has even uprooted a tree in their back yard but this swing set is so strong and durable it hold up great.

We bought this playset a couple of years ago to have in our yard for our grandchildren to use. It's been wonderful, with plenty of features that allow for continued fun as the children grow and the new ones come along. We added a baby swing for the littlest ones. The playhouse features including the steering wheel, chalkboard and spyglass are used constantly, as the kids have great imaginations. We see big increases in the kids' coordination as they challenge themselves with the climbing wall and net, as well as the trapeze. Of course, the slide and swings are fun for all, Amazingly too, the propeller-like seat under the playhouse is used all the time too. What a great investment in fun!

I ordered this item and within 2 days was informed that it had shipped and to expect delivery in 7-10 days from Utah to Florida. It was delivered within 5 days and took up the whole garage. Assembly was a 2 man job but was accomplished on a Sunday afternoon All the parts were included and arrived Once assembled my daughter said "Oh my God" and wanted to sleep on the deck the first night and now spends her outside time on the play set and does her homework in order to be allowed out Best gift ever and this product will last as long as my daughters childhood

Purchased for grandchildren 5+ years ago. They are all in grade school now, and like to head out in their backyard when they get home from school. The 2 girls like to swing and get on the 3-way underneath to play, and the 2 boys are climbing and performing wild acrobats. In the summer they enjoy running a waterhose on the slide (to keep it cool) and racing up and down. So far, it has performed remarkably well, although I noticed the ropes are beginning to wear. I was tired of buying junk for Christmas and birthdays for the four, so one year I decided to purchase this as a Christmas and Birthday presents for them all. It has been something they could enjoy again and again, year after year.
