Great price for a quality piece of meat! Will shop again

Nice cut of meat. Made in crockpot. It was good. Served a large family.

I buy one and put it in a Dutch oven on a rack and add a broth of French onion soup, Lipton dry beefy onion mix, beef broth, garlic, some instant coffee, and bouillon cubes, and bake it at 350 for a couple of hours. The meat is infused with broth, making excellent gravy with mashed potatoes.
