The TV looks great and I have an overall positive experience with it. The worst part is really the software. If you want to use things like Bluetooth headsets/speakers - be prepared for frustrating times get it to pair then reconnect the next time... Also, creature comforts like staring up on the correct input work maybe 50% of the time. So, it's a decent product with poor execution and support... Typical of a non-manufacturing, badge engineering/marketing company. For the price point it is a good value, I just wonder if I had spent another $50.00 or so on another brand would I still be dealing with a bad interface...

Tv often glitches out on Netflix, at first it started with horizontal lines across the screen, tried everything to reboot it. Now it does not open Netflix at all. When I am on my hdmi outlets it often kicks me off and goes black, not happy, especially since I have to return it and I bought the sound bar to match the tv.

Great picture quality with plenty of picture mode options, and the sound is surprisingly good. My only complaint is the remote. Just like the one that came with my 75-inch Vizio, it feels cheap, is not very user-friendly, and the buttons seem to wear out quickly. I bought a replacement remote for about $9, and it works so much better. I really don’t understand why they include such low-quality remotes with otherwise great TVs.

I'm kind of old school so I didn't like that I was pretty much forced to install the Vizio app on my phone when setting up the TV. I have satellite TV and have the TV set to start on the last input but it doesn't always do that. So I need to select the input about every third time I turn the set on which is inconvenient. I'm guessing it wants to sell me subscriptions. Other than that it seems like a really nice TV based on my first week of use. It has much better sound than my previous 50" Vizio and I really like the bigger screen.

I only had this tv for about 4 months and it literally already went out on me. I was away from the house for almost a full day, came back home to kick my feet up and watch a show and boom. It would be on for literally a second and shut right back off. I googled many ways to try and fix it nothing did the problem. I recommend reading reviews and specs before purchasing!

We’ve had nothing but issues with this tv since we basically bought it. We’ve had it for 2 months and the hdmi ports make the tv glitch anytime anything is plugged in. Despite having fast wifi it lags constantly. The sound quality is mid. Save your money and get a different tv.

The tv picture quality is good, wish I would’ve went in store to see it and mess with the remote. The remote and tv is very delayed it connects to the wifi well but the overall tv is ok for the price, just the delayed reaction on entering Netflix,changing channels, searching apps or searching through anything really.

We added an ONN soundbar and a new tv stand. The cost for everything was less than our last purchase just for the tv alone! We have a Roku as well which was owned prior. The picture is phenomenal, it took me and my son less than 5 minutes to get it together and running. The sound was rated due to the fact that it appeared the sound may go to the back of the tv rather than a forward output where every person will be sitting. Suggested improvements are minor: sound more to the front and a backlight remote. I would definitely recommend the tv to anyone.

The tv price and quality have been great. However, it's hardwired to the Ethernet and consistently drops connection. It will kick off in the middle of a show or have issues loading an app then default to not connected to the internet. Literally hardwired in. And the internet for the rest of the house is uninterrupted. This started about three months after installed.

This is my 2nd 65" Vizio and I'll keep buying them! They quality and affordability can't be beat. It's very light weight and easy to use. Picture is great. Vizio offers so many free TV channels which is great when you don't want to pay for all those streaming services.
