We love the tv. Needed a new one, and the qled m-series was an upgrade from the previous v-series that we’ve had for 6 years, and the picture is beautiful, it’s way more responsive than the older “v” tv that we previously had, and just absolutely love it. The voice remote is a nice addition. Not needed, but nice to have if wanna use.

Bought this just after cutting the cable and started streaming. Picture is really good. Have noticed that on some shows the movement of people is "jerky" and the voice/lip move my gets slightly out of sync at times. I'm not sure if these things are caused by the TV or if it's the streaming.

My tv stopped all ability to navigate after only three weeks of use. Now it has to be replaced and I have to wait another two to three weeks for a new tv. I sure hope the new one keeps working. I tried every fix recommended and nothing worked. I even bought a brand new remote! It will not even turn off. I have to unplug it. If it could be replaced sooner that would be a huge help. I hope the new one will last. I’m very disappointed and out of a tv for too long.

Don't sleep on this TV

This by far is a great television. I got this one for the bedroom because it was time for an upgrade. Let's just say my Fiancé loves this TV. She loves how all her shows look so colorful and clear. It does take a little time to get everything set up in the beginning, all the updates, but after the initial setup, everything was great from there. She also loves how her games look now, so I know I made a great choice. As you can see, it was more for her than for me since she got me the one in the living room. I do recommend this TV if you are planning on an upgrade because I feel I got a lot more for what I paid for. It has almost all the apps that we currently use, except for a couple of apps that we have to use our other streamers to watch. Other than that, this TV gets the job done, and that's coming from the average consumer.

We have always purchased Vizio TV's. The sound is very good but have had problems with several other Vizio tvs. The sound always goes out. So far so good on this 65". Looking to replace the 50" Vizio, because of the sound going out. Will be looking into another name product soon.

Little did I know, I couldn't install the streaming app for my streaming provider. After i purchased this Visio "smart" tv, I had to buy a Fire Stick, so I could watch my TV. Oh yeah, did I mention, Visio wanted me to pay $79 to "activate" my new tv. If was easier to take it back off the wall, it would have gone back. I'll never buy anything but Sony again, I regret wanting to go bigger!!!

Get a LG or Sony. This Vizio unit is horrible.

System programming is ridiculously pitiful. Practically no instructions are available. I downloaded the manual online and it too is ridiculous. The remote control has no decent features, such as recall. But it has several online buttons. Ewww, so stupid. There are practically no instructions on paper with the TV, or online. There is no way available to build your favorite channels. You have to scroll through each channel listing to get to your favorites, which is absurd. On many occasions in one hour the TV would not respond to the remote control. I had to cut the TV off, let it sit for ten seconds, then cut it back on, only to have this issue happen again a few minutes later. I will have to call Vizio technical support and hope they have a firmware/software update that will address all of the failures of this unit.

Tv picture seems good. The only reason I am giving it 4/5 is that when I attempted to connect the tv I put in the on screen code and it told me to contact a number to activate my Vizio account. They seemed like a sketchy call center that gave me two options to activate the tv and both requested an additional credit card payment of $90 or $150. I protested the charge but needed the tv turned on so reluctantly provided the payment. Walmart should investigate this scam with TVs they are selling to the public.

I've had this Visio 65" QLed TV for about 3 weeks. Picture and sound are great! Don't need a sound bar and the color is phenomenal. Delivered undamaged and easy to set up. Followed the onscreen instructions and installed the phone app. during the process. Had to reset the TV once during setup so it would connect to the Wi-Fi, but other than that everything just worked perfectly without messing about with any settings at all. It's worth it just for the Visio app and the free TV and movies it comes with. Very happy so far.
