I've seen a lot of negative reviews based on shipping. I did not have any issues. Packaging and TV were intact. I love the picture. No more contrast issues when watching shows that are dark. When watching sports, the colors are vibrant, no lag and the players look like they are right in front of you. I don't game, so this TV suits my needs. I purchased the vizio sound bar that attaches to the TV. I have seen other reviews about not having a remote independent to the sound bar. If you don't have a compatible vizio tv, I can see how this might be an issue but my sound bar is operated via the tv remote! YAY one less remote. The sound quality is great! My only issue was set up. You have to have the vizio app (which I already had because of my previous vizio). Because my other TV was already in the app it took a while and some frustration to get the app to recognize the new TV. I recommend going into the app and deleting devices you are replacing before set up! I am very happy with my purchase! I can see the picture from any angle! Would recommend this TV

You can't beat the price for a 65" QLED. I've always been a fan of Vizio. It even replace the need for our Roku, so it was a win-win-win. Is their better picture quality out there? Of course. But it's not worth spending an extra grand on the technology. This TV replaced a 50" Samsung LED. What a difference in size! It did not look that big in the store. But it's awesome! It is definitely the best bang for your buck.

For the amazing sale price, this is definitely a 5-star purchase. The picture quality is outstanding! The colors are vivid and the details are super crisp. The images have a great sense of depth compared to the Samsung UHD TV I upgraded from. Two things to note: 1. I'm using a Roku Ultra for all of my streaming apps, which is always a smoother experience for multiple reasons. 2. I'm running the sound through a home theater system instead of relying on the TV's built-in speakers. Therefore, I can't comment on either of those. However, if you're looking for superb picture quality at an unbeatable price, look no further.

Great product. However it needed 2 firmware updates to work properly. The device does not automatically check for updates and let you know. You have to do it through a support menu. Should set up to check for updates on boot up once connected to the internet. After checking for update and doing them....it seems to be working fine.

Worst TV I've ever purchased. You cannot switch between apps without a 30 to 120 eec8nd delay. Many times I've had to unplug it just to get an app to load. Calling this a smart TV is generous at best. Absolute garbage for using streaming apps. Spend a bit more and get a better brand

Replaced a Samsung 65” TV with this VIZEO. it was super easy to start up even on streaming. If I can do it trust me anyone can. Sound quality is excellent so for us no soundbar needed. Love the simple remote plus load the APP and can use your phone for a remote. For the price it can’t be beat.

Only had it for a month and the mother board had to be replaced, luckily it was still under warranty. None of the apps would open and wouldnt connect to the internet. After being fixed Im still running into issues with apps not working. I definitely wouldnt buy this tv again. great sound and great picture quality

the tv is great except it turns off on its own. it will just randomly turn off and then powers back up. its only off for about 2 or 3 mins. but i have missed important plays while watching football. it was embarrassing when i had guests over to watch a game.

Crisp picture and sound, lightweight, easy to set up and love the access to Vizio WatchFree. Bought as a gift for my husband for our wedding anniversary and he absolutely loves it, I won year five!

Horrible service when you try to activate. Have to reset it at least once a week. First and last Visio product I will ever purchase.
