picture is very choppy and we contacted vizio and their A.I told us to factory reset the tv and the picture still freezes up at random. Returned the tv and wasted a bunch of time

this item has app latency issues. when i watch tv pn YouTube tv it glitches constantly. when i watch YouTube TV on my other tvs i don't get this issue. this product is horrible at least this tv

Is not a bad TV but there is room for improvement with regards to the sound. Needs a sound bar, as the volume is not the best. Commercials sound higher than the actual program you’re watching!

I love the size, performance, and quality of this television. It is just as nice as my Sony Bravia I replaced for a much more affordable price! My husband and I are enjoying it!

As described. Clear picture. Sound bar not needed as some reviews said. Sound is great for me as we use for everyday use and movies. The Vizio free movies is a plus.

We are pleased with all aspects of the TV with one exception: the TV randomly restarts. Some days one or two times, some days not at all. The program returns to the exact spot so we don’t lose any of the show, it is just annoying.

Easy install and setup, great picture and sound quality. Would buy this unit again, good fair price on this unit and time will tell how long it lasts, but did get 4 year extended warranty.

Constantly restarts itself. Have contacted Vizio, they’ve done firmware updates, but the problem persists. Doesn’t seem to happen while watching tv, but definitely does often while playing Xbox. Xbox isnt the issue, we’ve used two different ones.

The picture is really good. The legs are easy to put on. It’s lightweight easy to pick up the jury still out on the VIZIO network as far as free channels in their programming and I do not like the volume control on the remote.

I like this TV . The picture quality is very nice but the only problem is the sound is not that good. I have another Vizio TV which is not Qled but the sound quality is better than this new TV . Overall I prefer this TV.
