Two Shattered Television Screens and Poor Service

First television arrived via FedEx. Carefully unpacked per instructions to find screen shattered. Called to return, advised Sam's would ship new replacement television and would set up pick up by FedEx. No follow-up from Sam's concerning returning damaged television so I had to call and demand instructions and pickup. Second television arrived via FedEx only to open and find the screen on the second television was also shattered. Repeated the return process with Sam's and again no follow-up for television to be picked up. Another call to Sam's to once again demand television be picked up. Requested refund due to prior failed attempts to get a "working" 65" Vizio QLED television. It took Sam's nearly 3 weeks to refund my account and the refund was delayed until the returned second television arrived at their return location. After tracking the FedEx return of the second television, it arrived nearly 2 weeks before I was refunded. Their customers service representative are located out-of-country (USA), and the representatives English is sometimes broken and difficult to understand. Each call (6 calls or more) resulted in requesting to speak with a supervisor as the "off-shore" representative were unable to assist. PLEASE, SAM'S, CORRECT THESE PROBLEMS!

Should of stuck with Samsung.

There's no back button (previous channel) or TV guide button on remote. TV guide only goes out 1 hour so that sks. lip sync was off and it was a pain figuring out how to correct it. (shouldn't of had to do it in the first place) Picture is good audio not so much.

The picture is wonderful! Sound not so much ...it has several input choices but it keeps turning itself off no matter what the settings! No reason but sometimes it'll stay on for 6 straight hours then change inputs. Sometimes it takes only 3 hours then suddenly it changes input then turns off! Unpredictable for sure. Slow reaction time sucks too. Not buying another one again....this is my 7 th and final Vizio TV.

Worst TV I've ever purchased. You cannot switch between apps without a 30 to 120 eec8nd delay. Many times I've had to unplug it just to get an app to load. Calling this a smart TV is generous at best. Absolute garbage for using streaming apps. Spend a bit more and get a better brand

Ok for the price but the QLED falls short

Nice TV with an invisible frame makes the screen look bigger. The colors are good but I expected a more crisp experience from a QLED. I have 3 other brands at home: Samsung, Onn and TCL. I can compare the picture with my most basic TV which is the Onn which I’ve had for 5 6 years. My Samsung is the oldest model at my house and the colors from all models compare pretty close to this one. Don’t get me wrong, it’s pretty good but not for the whistles of a QLED. Overall, I’m satisfied with all the free streaming including Xumo. You can’t go wrong for the price. I bought it for $328; originally listed at $498. I do find the Roku platform more user friendly than Vizio’s which offers just about the same streaming apps, etc. The TV nor the remote are backlit which would’ve been a nice feature even if the remote alone. The e-manuals and guide are convenient. I used a studless wall mount and added an antenna to tune in to local channels that were not available even after setting my zip code to the area I live in.

the tv is great except it turns off on its own. it will just randomly turn off and then powers back up. its only off for about 2 or 3 mins. but i have missed important plays while watching football. it was embarrassing when i had guests over to watch a game.

Love this tv. It’s way bigger than the pictures show. My neighbor got one and talked me into this one even though I always buy Vizo’s. . Price was not bad at all. I’ve owned Vizo’s for at least 30 years and they have all been great. I upgrade the sizes because as we all know as you get older it’s hard to read writing on the screen, lol. I have one that was my mother’s in my bedroom that she got in 2006 and the color and picture is still great on it. The color and picture is great on this one and I love it! It was very easy to set up even using the sound bar I already had but not sure I needed it since sound is great on this tv. I gave one of my older 42 inches to my grandson 6 years ago and it still going and the 42 inch that this 65 inch replaced I gave to my other grandson and I bought it in 2015. I love Vizo’s. If they keep the prices always this good and the quality I can see them being in business for many more years to come. Thank you Vizo!

The tv is great. I love how much lighter it is than our old Vizio. That made it so much easier to hang on the wall. The picture quality is amazing. The sound is good. One complaint I have is when we hooked it to our Vizio sound bar, the bar only works when watching certain apps. The sound just comes from the tv with other apps. This may be an issue we just need to figure out with our setup, but I thought I would mention it in case it wasn't just us. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, think it's a great value for the price, and I highly recommend the tv.

Visio quantum tvs are a good value at any cost. Took a few hours of use before the colors become vibrant. After that a super color filled screen! I test my tvs on shows like Family Fewd. All the colors of the rainbow and more on that set. Way better than other tvs in this price range. Also easy to stream off line programs.

So....after 2 weeks of use I am not impressed at all with this TV. My 10 year old $200 Vizio has a much better picture, better colors and sharpness. The remote is useless. Consistently has trouble connecting to the apps. Had to hook up my Roku to access internet content. It's basically just a $400 monitor.
