We bought this item right after Hurricane Michael in an effort to rebuild our kitchen. It has worked with no problems. When one of our kids broke the sprayer, it was about five minutes to order a new one, and it arrived three days after the phone call. The new sprayer has a different way to operate, which should make it much harder to break. Great product, and outstanding support from the technical team!!

Well this weekend the button on the sprayer got stuck and I took it apart but could not get it to work anymore. So it is the day after Labor Day and I called VIGO about buying another spray head. The customer service representative was very nice and cordial and offered to send me a new spray head free of charge. I really like the product and was willing to pay for the spray head but I got a nice surprise on the day after Labor Day. I think their product is top quality and their customer service is also top quality. I have purchased my niece this very same faucet for her kitchen and I will keep recommending VIGO products to whomever is looking for these type of products. I like everything about this company. They back their products and they always work great. Thanks Again

Just installed this faucet tonight so my review is based on esthetics and ease of install. Husband did the install and said it was very simple. Only suggestion is a tool included to tighten the faucet mount nut underneath. The faucet looks great and has a solid feel to it. Even the soap dispenser bottle felt sturdy. Water flow is good and we are looking forward to getting some good use.

My kitchen recently underwent a remodel and I needed a new faucet. I found this VIGO Edison faucet and it's the perfect addition to my kitchen. I love that it can be changed from a single stream to a shower and its flexibility is great for cleaning a variety of different-sized dishes. The look is definitely high-end, minimalist and is a clean look on the counter. I appreciate that it came in a variety of colors, too (I went with the black and stainless model). I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I like this faucet a lot. I removed the flow reducer to get the full 2.2gpm. The pressure is pretty good and the construction seems sturdy. One complaint I have is the black hose. A steel braided hose would look better. If you bend the black hose too much it kinks and cuts off the water flow. Overall happy with the faucet.

This faucet has been installed in my kitchen for 6 years and has worked perfectly. Unfortunately, something recently broke inside the sprayer so that it was stuck in 'spray' mode and I could not switch to 'stream'. I reached out to Vigo's customer service online and requested directions on how I could purchase a replacement spray head. They blew my mind by offering to send me a free replacement head. All I had to do was email them a copy of my receipt. I sent them a screenshot of my Overstock.com purchase and that day the replacement head was approved to be shipped. No one does this kind of service anymore so when you run into it, it is truly awesome! You have won a repeat customer!

The quality is excellent. I was impressed as soon as I opened the box and saw it was shadowboxed in custom-cut foam packaging. Holding the faucet it has a nice heft and a solid feel. The button to transition from spray to stream works great. It was also a pleasantly surprised to find the hot and cold supply lines were include.

Decided to upgrade with a zero radius sink and a high neck pull down faucet. Found the Vigo to be a perfect match to our new sink due to tall pots used for cooking. However I am very dissapointed to find out the sprayer button, less than a year after installation, has stopped switching from spray to stream. Unable to upload video taken.

I bought my faucet more than a year ago and just love it. Recently the pressure became greatly reduced, so I called VIGO and spoke to a representative who thought it might be the cartridge. He gave me instructions how to remove it, which I found difficult to follow. I removed the sprayer and found the pressure was fine, but not with the sprayer on even after I make attempts to remove the lime deposits. I called again and spoke with Christopher Sylvestre. He was most helpful and was sorry I was having so many problems. He offered to send me a sprayer, no charge. I received and it works beautifully. Thank you Christopher!

I bought this a month ago and just had it installed. I tried to register for my warranty it with the model number on my invoice but the model number is not listed on here. So I selected the same model with a different color so I can get my warranty. That would be my only complaint
