We had our faucet for about a year when our sprayer broke. We tried to fix it ourselves, but we just couldn't get the setting to change. So I reached out to VIGO and they QUICKLY sent me a replacement sprayer, free of charge! It immediately solved our problem and works beautifully! Very, very pleased with the customer service. I bought this faucet a couple months ago. Happy with the GPM and the functionality at first but hate the feel of the plastic that is used for the nozzle and can't for the life of me understand why they used cheap nylon brained hose instead of metal brained. The hose developed a kink within a week and we had to move the weight under the sink to help with that but now the sprayer won't retract on its own, you have to push it up. All in all we are happy with the faucet and dang does it look nice but with there were more metal parts.

I bought this a month ago and just had it installed. I tried to register for my warranty it with the model number on my invoice but the model number is not listed on here. So I selected the same model with a different color so I can get my warranty. That would be my only complaint

I have never been more delighted and happy as I am with my new Vigo Edison pull down kitchen faucet. Starting with the packaging it came in (totally befitting the fine piece of engineering it is) to the smooth feel of the on/off mixing value, the rock solid feel once installed, and finally, the absolute ease of use when using the pull down feature; everything about this faucet is functionally fabulous!!! We have had this faucet for 8 years - it has worked flawlessly! Recently the button that toggles between a steady stream and a spray stream was not working properly. I took it apart and noticed one little part that looked like it needed to be replaced. I reached out to Vigo customer service, who promptly responded, and simply shipped me a brand new spray head. I received it in a few days, replaced it, and we are back in biz. I won't buy another brand of faucet (not that I'll ever need one!), not only because of the gorgeous design, but because Vigo stands behind their products 100% - such a rarity these days. So refreshing. Buy with complete confidence!

I purchased this faucet in 2012 and recently the spray nozzle button wouldn't stay engaged. I visited the VIGO customer service 'LiveChat' and left a message regarding my problem. The following morning I had a response and after a few more emails my replacement faucet was in the mail and at no charge. Within a few days of contacting VIGO I had installed my new faucet and it's working beautifully. I couldn't be happier :-)

I love this design and the finish of the product is excellent, love the color. It go with my kitchen so well. The top features are the pull down hose that swivels and rotate as well as the push button different water streams. Very sheik and modern faucet for the price!

We purchased our VIGO spray kitchen faucet to complement our Farmhouse kitchen sink and new granite countertop. It looks great and functions terrific! We had a professional plumber do the installation and he remarked the VIGO faucet set was very well designed and built.

I like this faucet so much that I have two. The flexible neck is more reliable than any pull out I have ever used. I am a plumber by trade and have worked with many different types and configurations. It is is simple to set up and a joy to use. The lifetime warranty has been tested and they are better than I ever expected.

I love this faucet even more now that it's installed. I was a little skeptical on the brand, but I did research and Vigo received good reviews. One of the main reasons is the color (Graphite Black) because it matches my black slate GE Cafe fridge and dishwasher . Not many kitchen sink manufacturers make this finish or if they do, it's very expensive. I initially bought a matte black faucet, but it was too dark. Also, check out the other finishes it comes in, all very pretty, unique, and modern. Our plumber installed it and had no problems. It arrived in a very nice box and with impressive packaging. The packaging makes you think you bought a very high end fixture. Lastly, the quality is very nice and sturdy - it visually and feels well made, especially the on/off handle.
