My wife is very happy with the look and performance of the new faucet. And that is of course what really matters! Installation was straight forward. My only negative and the reason for the 4 stars vice 5 stars was that our counter was granite packed by plywood and the soap dispenser was not long enough to be installed so i had to use the old neck and bottle with the new push dispenser. Just something to keep in mind if you have thick counters.

For the price point, this faucet is arguably the best value for price paid of any faucet there is on the market. We have had several different brands in the past including a $1,000 primary kitchen faucet in a previous home but both my wife and I have commented on how well our Vigo has performed for us. We were so happy with the performance that when we moved to SoCal and started updating the kitchen in our home, one of the first purchases was this faucet in chrome. It is amazing what a difference a faucet like this can make to such an important room in your home. Aside from the faucet look and functionality, the after service (if needed) from Vigo is top notch. All it takes is a phone call for warranty info, installation help, advice and more. This is key and one of factors that influenced our purchase decision. One last thing to add is that Christian in Customer Service is a perfect example of what makes Vigo such a great company. We came to him, he provided a solution, followed through and made us happy customers. This is the "next level" of customer service!

Matchs our 2 other small appliances. Great water pressure compared to our MOEN. The only major difference , for us, the spray arm is not flexible to apply water into our Keurig coffee machine. Just next to the Right of the sink. But the rest seems very good. Installation a bit difficult because sizing of the hose shipped with the Faucet was too large. No problem . Hopefully it will last as our previous previous moen(13 YEARS) . The previous one,another moen lasted only 3 months. UN BELIEVABLE.

Just installed it by myself for the first time installing a kitchen faucet. The only problem I have was to remove the old one. I have a hard time removing the big screw under the sink since there was not enough elbow space for my hand and tools. Once I had that old one removed, this new one, my awesome VIGO was just a breeze to install with the help of the instruction 16 pages manual. So very happy after I got it installed and excited when everything was working. Checkout under the sink for leaks and more excited when I don't have to use my hand to turn on/off the water...no touching! Just kinda wave your hand on the sensor and water just turn on by itself and wave again to turn off. Amazing! Happy customer here. Thank you VIGO!

I literally just installed this less than 30 minutes ago. The instruction were very clear, usually they aren't. Everything went together really easy and the plumbers tape in the box saved me from scouring the garage looking for some. I notice the hose is weeping a little on the top of the spray head, I'll call and see how they want to fix that. Other than that it looks so good and I'm happy with it.

I love this faucet, but even better was the super quick responsive service from Christian when I had a "flow" problem. So very helpful! I've been in construction for 35+ years and have never had such a quick and helpful response. I would highly recommend Vigo!

I bought this a month ago. I love the generous pull down length. Love the matte black. One thing I don’t like is the bar doesn’t swivel. It gets in the way sometimes. I have a cheap brand on my utility sink that swivels out of the way but has a short pull. This faucet would be perfect if the bar would swivel.

I bought this faucet to replace a leaking, old kitchen faucet. My son in law advised me not to purchase a faucet from a big box store because they have plastic parts that don't last. When I told him the brand I bought he was impressed. He put it in for me last week and it has been working great. When I replace my bathroom faucets I will come back to Viggo

We have had this faucet for over 3 years and have enjoyed it very much. Recently the selector button on the nozzle broke off which made it impossible to select the different sprays. I contacted Vigo about the problem and even though it was out of the warranty they are sending a replacement nozzle at no charge. It rare to find this type of service anymore and it is much appreciated.

I absolutely love my new faucet. Like the others I did not realize that it does not have a spray feature when the "Features" list a Spiral pull down SPRAY head. It has great pressure compared to the one that the builder installed and a much more dramatic look to my island sink. I would suggest the manufacture change the wording to make sure people understand that it does not spray before they pay someone to come out to install.
