I purchased the Vigo Edison pull-down faucet in a matte black finish of the Canadian Home Depot website. I did not realize it at the time that the faucet did not come with a deck plate. When I received the faucet, which was beautiful and the exact height I wanted, I realized my error. I started off by phoning Home Depot. They had the matching deck plate available on their American website, but not the Canadian website. The Canadian website had deck plates made by Vigo, but only in other finishes. Home Depot asked me to call Vigo to get them to send me the deck plate. I then phoned Vigo and they explained that they could not help me because they were not a wholesaler. They encouraged me to phone Home Depot again and see if they could ship it between stores. So I then called back Home Depot. This began a week long process of calling Home Depot and them saying they couldn't help me and then giving me a solution through Vigo, who then said they couldn't do that so they recommended a solution through Home Depot, who then said they could not help me either. I was just about to give up hope and send the faucet back when I thought I would give Vigo one last shot. I was so lucky to speak with David Henderson that day. He went above and beyond to find a solution. He placed me on hold after I recounted all my frustrations and asked for a moment while he worked out a solution. I was a little cynical by this point, but I crossed my fingers and hoped that David could figure something out. It took him almost ten minutes, but when he came back on the phone he told me that he had found a solution. I was so relieved and happy, until our phones disconnected. I almost cried. After all that time, how was I going to get back through to David? Would anyone else help me? Was I going to have to repeat the whole story again? I was shocked when my phone rang. David actually called me back! He then explained the details of how I could get the deck plate and assured me that I would have it in my hands in a week. I was shocked when I received it three days later. I am grateful that David helped me that day. I am thankful that he worked for a company that figured out a way to problem solve in a way that did not require me to return a product that I loved! I am hopeful that they have found a way to make those deckplates available on the Home Depot Canada website or find a way to include them with the faucet. Thank you very much for all your help!

This is truly an amazing faucet. I was blown away by the faucet when it arrived. You can tell from the packaging and the quality of the faucet it is above the norm. Easy to install yourself… took less then 20 min. No detail was spared, including the materials used to seal the faucet to your counter. No need to be a pro to do this project. Then the water flow was over the top. You can feel the difference in the solid stainless steel. Would highly recommend

Bought this to match our new sink. The faucet appears to be made with quality parts and should stand up to daily use. I’ve owned this for 2 months and have not been disappointed. The soap dispenser is a nice addition and helps keep the counter clear.

My well out of warranty spray nozzle got stuck in shower mode, I'm sure because I live in a place known for very hard water (San Diego). I emailed tech support late in the afternoon, they responded first thing in the morning. They provided a number to call to get a replacement head, the phone was answered within 30 seconds at the longest. They processed an order for a new head in less than 5 minutes, the cost was only 25 dollars. This works for me! My only suggestion is: Please put your logo or brand more prominently on the product. It took my a while to figure out who to contact. I found my brand by Googling similar faucets and wading through 100s of photos. One thing I did learn, people that buy other brands way overpay. Up to 5x what mine cost!

My wife is very happy with the look and performance of the new faucet. And that is of course what really matters! Installation was straight forward. My only negative and the reason for the 4 stars vice 5 stars was that our counter was granite packed by plywood and the soap dispenser was not long enough to be installed so i had to use the old neck and bottle with the new push dispenser. Just something to keep in mind if you have thick counters.

I bought this faucet from Costco online. I received it very quickly. I absolutely love it. It is beautiful, great quality and came packaged as if I had spent millions on it. Would highly recommend this product. The only issue I had was one of the metal hoses leaks and I had to purchase a new one.

Very elegant design. Very sturdy construction. Very functional. I was a little concerned that due to the type of water we use (well water) that I might have to return the faucet if I wasn't able to partially disassemble the spray head to rinse out particulates and clean it periodically, but it is designed in such a way that makes this an extremely easy process. Bravo on a brilliant design!

We love the look of this thing! Makes for a modern kitchen and is well made, it seems. I don't care for the black woven plastic fabric, would have preferred metal, but it gets the job done. Soap pump seems good quality as well, but the pump head, as well as the spray head are plastic. My only three gripes are: (1) I wish the horizontal metal rod holding the sprayer was and inch or two longer. We have a big sink and it's hard to reach the sprayer, I usually leave it out of the "hook", then it's the right distance. (2) I wish the spray mode would automatically turn off when water is turned off, but it sticks, and if left in spray mode, and the sprayer is outside the hook, the next person is in for a wet surprise of the not so pleasant kind. (3) the turn-on handle was loose and I could not tighten it. A little bit of loc-Tite 242 thread locker took care of it. Overall, glad we bought it. Only had for a month, so I can't speak to the reliability

I bought a VIGO kitchen faucet in 2011 and recently the spray head went bad on it. We replaced the sprayer inside the head but it did not correct the problem. I contacted VIGO and advised them of my problem. I did not have the original paperwork on the faucet so all I could provide was information about the faucet head. They were great. They found me a new faucet head and shipped it to me free of charge. I had it within the week. Although, I can't vouch for this particular faucet, I can vouch for the company. Very customer oriented. I would buy from them again.

I bought this a month ago and just had it installed. I tried to register for my warranty it with the model number on my invoice but the model number is not listed on here. So I selected the same model with a different color so I can get my warranty. That would be my only complaint
