It's only been installed a few days, so I don't yet have long-term experience with it. The faucet seems solid and well-built. One curious thing is that it has less water flow — feels like less water pressure — than the faucet it replaced. Overall very nice, though.

I am very satisfied with my purchase and the performance of the faucet so far. The ability to turn the water on/off without touching and extend the spout is a game changer. It is fairly new so I'm curious to see how long the 4 AA batteries which operates the sensor will last. I only give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I'd prefer the sensor to be off to the side instead of in front. Being in front causes me to inadvertently turn the water on and off when washing dishes or working in the sink.

Love the look and features of this faucet. Good size, not too tall like some others. My husband installed it with no problems. He used plumbers tape for all the connections and so far so good. After a few months now, the pull down has started to drip just a few drops after use. It came assembled so nothing we did. Getting ready to call service. Except for this problem, would have given it a 5 rating.

Used to have the Danze Parma Pull-down faucet. It retails for $250-$300. I decided to try the Vigo, which looks just like it except for the black water piping. Both products have plastic sprayers, which I still don't like but the Vigo is attractive, functional and so far, works great. The proof will be if Vigo stands behind the product. My Danze (plastic) faucet began to lose it's finish - it was chippng off (painted to look like stainless) and Danze replaced it for free. Hoping this will NOT occur with the Vigo but if it does, hoping Vigo will respond likewise.

We installed this in a vacation rental unit so it will see heavy use. It seems well made and solid. The only problem was the water pressure was a trickle. We called support and were immediately helped, we even had step-by-step instructions on how to fix the issue. I would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Got this faucet for my new kitchen remodel. I was worried that it would be too tall and gawdy, but it's classy and perfect. Almost like a statement piece for your kitchen. The pull out sprayer works great and it actually goes back into place after you use it (unlike other pull out faucets I've had)

We recently renovated small kitchen and decided to go with this Vigo faucet. We love it! It’s solid, made of quality materials, and easy to use. Really appreciate the positioning of the button to control spray (heavy rain versus solid stream). It’s also beautifully designed.

I'm in love! The design is sleek and sexy. The touch function works perfectly. I was disappointed with the built-in pressure restrictor on that sprayer head that reduces the water pressure. I prefer a really powerful water pressure, so I had to purchase a separate sprayer head. Just a personal preference. Otherwise, its perfect!

It's a very nice product. You can feel the quality when you first open the box. My only negative (hopefully constructive) feedback is the part that holds the spray is a little too short. Perhaps it can be made to be extendable to accomodate larger sinks.

My husband bought the black faucet for me for Christmas (I know, typical mom request), but I absolutely love it. It functions well, gives me a little more space to wash in the sink and looks great! I've received many compliments. Here's a before and after with it.
