The faucet came well packaged and was easy to install. It looks great and I am loving the color more than I thought I would. I do wish that a deck plate was included with the faucet so you have the option if needed/wanted. I ordered one from a separate retailer that matches perfectly. The hose could be a couple inches longer but that's just a personal preference. Otherwise, it works great and looks great.

i was disappointed to find that the nozzle is plastic rather than metal, but it didn't really bother me so much until i actually installed it and feel like the subpar quality of the nozzle has compromised its functionality. in other words, it's made the water pressure really weak.

The faucet looks fantastic. It really put the finishing touch on our kitchen upgrade. The spray function does not seem to be as high pressure as our previous faucet and the handle keeps coming loose but I think that can be fixed with some threadlock.

Our new Vigo kitchen faucet was purchased as a replacement for a very highly rated competitors product. I have to say that there is absolutely NO comparison! Vigo is made with copper, not plastic and the construction of the faucet is hands down, spot on. You can tell just by the feel of their products that it’s superior quality to any other well known upscale manufacturers. The only thing I am disappointed with, and it’s my fault, that I didn’t purchase the matching soap dispenser. (But I will with my next order) This is my second Vigo product as I purchased a bathroom faucet for a vessel sink and it looks gorgeous. Thank you Vigo for your superior craftsmanship and I will be placing another order when my husband remodels our guest bathroom.

I received this faucet as a Christmas Gift. It was pretty straight forward to install and Looks super cool. My one concern is the sprayer. Like in previous reviews, I was aware that the sprayer is plastic, not metal. I hope it holds up. Also, the spray is a little weak. Not as powerful as I was hoping. It still does the job and looks great!

I shopped for a pull down faucet with a “commercial” kitchen look. I found several that had that functionality but were too far out of line with my budget, and most were poorly reviewed. The Vigo was budget friendly, functional and well reviewed. We have had 3 of these in 2 homes now and are still amazed at how well they work and easy to maintain beauty. You can purchase this with no hesitation on function or customer service... highly recommend!

This is a very nice looking tap and it does what my old one wouldn't do and that is clear the sink area and be out of my way for large wide jobs. It would be better if the tap head was a bit higher so I could fill my coffee pot easier (the old one did) It also did not come with a soap dispenser so I couldn't get a black one but my old stainless soap seems to match the close enough. It is very comforting to know it has a lifetime warranty. That is worth a lot to me.

The product is great, I've only had it for 2 weeks but so far it's good. My only concen is that the little handle that turns the water on and off somehow unscrews itself and I have to keep checking it so it doesn't come loose and fall in the gargage disposal.

I regret this purchase, installation was done three times, eventually we removed all!!! inner filters to get reasonable pressure. The weight under the sink keeps slipping down the pipe stopping water flow and has to be treated weekly (who wants to crawl under their dink weekly???) and the black paint chips off every time it is touched- it's a kitchen faucet, things touch. After 6 months of use the faucet looks old, I regret this purchase with all my heart.

I’ve owned this faucet for a year and a half and it has worked great. About a month or two ago, it started leaking from the handle but we called Vigo and they gave us instructions on how to check it and we were able to fix it ourselves. They would have sent us a replacement part, if needed. The black button on the front is a bit cheap and we will probably need to get a replacement for that since it just recently stopped switching the water flow without us holding the button down the whole time.
