I bought this kitchen faucet last week and I have to say I am totally impressed. The first thing I noticed was the serious weight of the faucet and how solid it feels. I work in a big box retailer than sells many brands of faucets and I can say from experience, no other brand feels this solid. I was also impressed that the faucet came in it’s own dust bag! Faucet is now installed and I love how it looks. I would definitely recommend Vigo to anyone. Only letdown was I ordered matte black and received a matte black/stainless instead….that said, the faucet is beautiful.

I installed this a month ago and have loved it so far. We replaced a similar faucet that was getting old. I installed it myself - which was very simple. We placed the control in the front rather than off to the side, making it much easier for our kids to operate.

I was looking forward to receiving this due to the style and functions. Unfortunately, the power of the water stream is less than the one it replaced, to the point of being a nuisance. It "will do" but I think there is something wrong since the water flow is so low.

It's a very nice product. You can feel the quality when you first open the box. My only negative (hopefully constructive) feedback is the part that holds the spray is a little too short. Perhaps it can be made to be extendable to accomodate larger sinks.

Very easy to install. Make sure you have enough clearance, because it is a tall faucet. Just cut my window sill back one inch and it was fine. The MOST IMPORTANT THING is that my wife loves it too! Lol. She was hesitant when I told her I ordered a faucet for our new kitchen that I installed, but she matched the new cabinet handles to it and loves it. The spray control has two settings and covers the entire area of the new deep sink. Packaged in a great box for shipping. Very well made and will probably out last me!

We are enjoying our new VIGO matte black pull down spray kitchen faucet. It works well although we did have to contact the warranty to get a new sink head as the plastic sprayer button fell out. We have already received the extra piece and are now two month into enjoying our new faucet.

We upgraded from a basic delta faucet that came with our new townhome to Vigo! We chose Vigo because it stood out from rest of these style of faucets. Looks more expensive than we purchased for and the quality is amazing. Some complain about water pressure? We have no issues, actually the watwr pressure improved. Very happy customers.

This was very easy to install. All the pieces were there needed for the installation. Directions were clear enough if you know what your doing. Faucet works great with no leaks. My wife loves it. Plus it was packaged very nice so to avoid damage before installing. Highly recommend this product.

The VIGO Edison Pull-Down Spray Kitchen Faucet appears to be well designed and built of quality materials. The installation instructions were clearly written and the only challenge to installation was that the existing single hole in our counter top was too narrow and had to be enlarged to install the faucet. The valve in the faucet spout has a single press function to change the output back and forth from stream to spray and the spout extends around 30 cm from its mount to easily reach around our 75 cm diameter single bowl kitchen sink. After a month's use we're very pleased with this VIGO product.

I had been looking for a while for this style. I couldn’t believe the value and finally purchased it! It makes the perfect statement in my kitchen I was looking for! My fiancé installed it, everything was included to install. It was a perfect update for my kitchen! I highly recommend this purchase. The look and quality is great!!
