Pitched this out....can you say Colon Blow ?

I have bought Taylor Farms lettuce for years and love my salads! Even with the recall of lettuce, this specific blend is fine. Crisp and crunchy, love my lettuce!

Best value for salad I've found around town. The salad is good quality and size for the low price. This is great for several meals through out the week. Nicely fits into our shopping budget.

Mainly lettuce with just enough additional veggies. Sometimes it oxidizes too fast though and we need to throw out the last little bit. That happens rarely.

I am beyond frustrated that the 15 bags of salad I ordered expired the same day I picked them up. The fundraiser I purchased them for was 3 days after my pickup date. I live an hour away and it would cost me more to drive down than it would for a refund. My phone call was never returned by a manager. It sucked to discover the lettuce was out of date at 8pm the night before the event. I would rather spend more at HEB, that’s where I ended up anyways.

Our groceries were packed in a box for us for pick up. At the bottom of the box were our 2 bags of salad. They were obviously spoiled when put with our order. (partially liquified.) It wasn’t worth driving back to Sams to return them and we used pick up to avoid going inside in the first place. Just won’t buy this item again.

If you have a big family that can eat this in 2 days it's great, but after that it turns orange and soggy. Nothing makes a difference, even if I squeeze all the air out or vacuum packing it. So eat it quickly and it's fine, Same thing goes for their cut up coleslaw.

I hate to give a bad review but this item was really terrible. I have purchased this several times and it’s been decent if consumed within a few days. This time I did the delivery service and it’s like they picked the absolute worst items to deliver every item was so close to expiring. The lettuce was brown and it looked like the worst part of a head of lettuce. This price is really cheap and so is the quality

Bag has good blend of lettuce, carrots and red cabbage. Ready to go in short notice. The lettuce cut is a medium chop, some larger chunks may be in the mix, which is hubby's fav part of mix. Appears to last a few days after being opened, so one can use a little over several days and not worry the rest of opened bag will wilt out quickly. Squeeze out any excess air from bag and close tightly if using over several days. Air is the enemy once bag opened. Enjoy crispy lettuce and value with this find.

These bag salads spoil too quickly. I might as well throw half of it away as soon as I open the bag. I get 3-4 bowls of salad and then it's too slimy to stand.
