Price is really good for what you get. On a busy night, trying to eat healthy is a chore, so grabbing this bag makes it easy to add in some veggies. If i had to chop all of it myself...well i just would not. The o ly thing is that the shelf life is not great so you need to use it up within a few days of opening.

I used to buy this all the time. For a household of just two, we went through it just fine. Now the bag barely lasts 2 days before it goes bad. They pack these bags so tightly in the boxes. When I flip over the bag on the other side in the store, the lettuce is getting transparent (which means it's the start of going bad). Maybe that is the issue? Only buy if you are going to use it that day for a big party. Sad, it was a great value.

I purchased 4 bags of this on Saturday 2/17 late afternoon, with a use by date of 2/25. i purchased it for a church dinner on 2/23. By the time we got it out of the refrigerator, it was SLIMY and liquidy!! TOTALLY UNUSABLE!! Of NOTE, this is a different brand than is advertised on their web page, and I've had Taylor farms before without issue, but this brand is a totally different story!!

This salad is always fresh and crisp with an amazing price. We usually buy this for our catering business along with some Romaine to make a very reasonably price salad and dressing for our customers. But, like with many other of Sam's Club food items, it would be nice if the food/nutrition label would also be displayed on the website for those of us that do not live in a city where there is a Sam's Club for pricing purposes. I usually have to wait to give customers quotes when I can get to the closest club which is over an hour away.

Sometimes this salad is incredibly fresh and stays that way for days. Other times the expiration date will still be several days or a week away and bag unopened, but the lettuce inside is already turning brown. We live 5 minutes from the store and take it straight home to the fridge but sometimes it just seems like it must be older than the date would have you think. Too bad because it's a great price for a large bag of salad.

Dont buy this through order pick up. I placed an online order for curbside pickup (disabled so this is a great service), was home putting it in the crisper and noticed some slimy spots on both bags. Inedible and being 45 miles away, one way, I was not returning. Both bags went into the garbage.

I thought it would be a typical Taylor salad product, but it was huge and when I put it in the refrigerator and took it out it was limp and some of the lettuce had a film on it. I ordered the product online and did not know what I was getting. Threw it away.

I buy this on occasion, but the ratio of lettuce to the other ingredients is way off. I can remove over half the lettuce to make it better, which in should do, as we never get through the whole bag. I often buy a much smaller bag at my local little store that has loads of carrots and cabbage in there, but unless it’s on sale, it costs way more than this one. So, just have to shred more carrots to add to this, and end up throwing part away.

It has too much purple cabbage cut really thick and it’s like chewing on a shoe. Goes bad within a day or two of opening, if it’s not already brown when you get it. I do the online ordering and the last couple of times the lettuce was brown. Just goes to show the order pickers don’t care what they put in your order.

The one star isn't a reflection of the delivery itself. But in this order I had 2 things to refund. the 88/12 lean beef (brown and smelly) and this bag of lettuce was brown and wilted when I opened it! How is this even remotely acceptable? Sam's, you've got to have to do better. This stuff can make people very sick! Tell the shoppers to shop like they would for their own home %26 to care about the people like they do for themselves. There are plenty enough comments to show you there's a real problem.
