Terrible product. Have had less than 2 years new I’ve maker and new compressor broken again 2 months later not working again and 5 weeks in still waiting for repair, warranty company not easy to deal with either.

Freezer stopped working within 48 hours after delivery and installation. This should be more than enough to say about the quality of the product. I had several friends suggested to avoid this brand but I wanted to try one more time and I wish I had not picked this again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently added this refrigerator to our kitchen and I have been happy with its performance so far. From the outside, the look is great as it is counter-depth and the flat front makes it look almost like another cabinet, although in stainless steel. The door has a water and ice dispenser that works great and is super convenient. The doors are easy to open even with cabinets to both sides. The bottom drawer has a handle on the inner topside of the drawer that easily opens it. It pulls out smoothly and has plenty of space in the lower portion. The upper drawer has two bins for different ice types that take up half of that drawer but are worth the sacrifice. Inside the refrigerator there is about as much storage as you could ask for in a counter-depth refrigerator with a door water and ice dispenser. Connecting the refrigerator to my SmartThings account was easy, as was setting it up from there. You can monitor water filter life, inside temperatures and get notifications if the door is left open too long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this fridge a little over 2 weeks now and it has been a great addition to our home. The smart features are not overbearing and will send a nice notification if the door is left open, or if the temps are low. I love having the 4 different options for ice types. I was under the impression the ice cubes were going to be like the nugget or pellet ice, but they are smaller cubes. While not as great as the nugget ice, I would still say it is the good ice. We had some issues with the dispencer on the front leaking, but after re-leveling the fridge, that stopped. This produces a lot of ice very quickly. The dispencer on the front of the fridge can do the curved ice, and crushed ice along with the water. The regular large cubes and the ice bites are in bins in the freezer. The ice is clear. The water and the ice taste great. The fridge is about the same size as our last one was, but this one seems to fit items better. We have been able to fit more items in the doors and have the main area free to use for bigger items. It has a flex shelf that can push in to accomodate tall items, and that has been wonderful.

I love the shelf that folds back under itself to fit larger items under. We had some issues getting the fridge set up, but I think it was the installer, not the fridge. The water dispencer was leaking very slowly. We checked the level on the fridge and got it level and the leaking stopped. Love the 4 different ice types that this comes with. The ice dispencer on the door likes to make a little bit of a mess when you do the crushed ice, but I haven't seen another that doesn't, so I'm not going to mark it down for that. The freezer came to temperature very quickly, the fridge was a little slower, but it did a good job also. It started making ice as soon as it came to temperature, and it's been kicking it out since. The ice is clear and tastes good. The filter is one of the best I've had. The water tastes great! The doors hold a lot more things than my old fridge did also.
