We have not had any issues with the refrigerator freezing . The sleek design works well with our kitchen. We love all of the different options for ice And have never had an issue with running out.

I was worried about a freezer drawer since we've always owned side by sides, but I actually like the storage options and sliding shelf. The ice is a game changer- having four different ice types wasn't a selling point for me, but we've learned that different ice has different uses. I also like how expansive the fridge part feels when both doors are open, and the optional sliding shelf for taller things has been useful. In all, great fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The panel operates inconsistently especially after updates. Have to reset the panel constantly which requires pulling out fridge as the rset button diesnt correct the problem. 2.5 weeks wasnt working scheduled repair and suddenly works.

You can only move 1 of the shelves vs have the option to move the shelves as you please or at least diff spots. Even with a new filter, the water still taste bad. Freezer ain't bad so far. The whole having to download an app just to adjust the temps and what not is ridiculous.
