[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity for a family of 5 is excellent. Great freezer storage as well. We like the ice capacity and the 4 choices of ice shape/size. It does seem to cool refrigerated items faster than our last and we can see, via the app, our energy efficiency. We enjoy the quick slide-back shelves for taller items. The only negative we have so far is the water dispenser is on the slow side, I feel like I stand there too long waiting to fill a 12 ounce glass. In the future, I think our family would prefer the four door with the easy access drawer between the refrigerator and freezer. Also, the beverage station would be a great feature next time, too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What makes ice?It's loud?My first fridge did not work.Properly took samsung over a year to fix the issue by sending me anew fridge and was thankful for that.I don't like how I can't store anything standing straight up on the bottom.Shelf, without having this 2nd top shelf pushed in. The doors dont close properly either one of them. but it cools and freezes great. I also dont like how the water lines on the back are set up along with when stuff is on the bottom shelf the shelf starts to bend in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best fridge I’ve purchased. The cooling system cools very cold at 37 degrees. I had to turn it up to 42 because my veggies were freezing. This fridge has so much space. I can fit 3 foil pans on the bottom, 2 in the middle and 1-2 on top. Great for big families or those who host!

We love the ice maker and having a choice of ice and also having the ice bins in the freezer really help when we have lots of guests. We’ve never had a problem.

Service here is easy if anything goes wrong, which nothing has since I’ve owned a Samsung appliance. I like this refrigerator particularly because it is the largest one in capacity and is great for a family of six. The Availability of dual type iced is great for all kinds Of drinks. It’s easy to clean and there’s different sections that are adjustable for larger items that need refrigeration. It’s a quite energy efficient, especially if you utilize the SmartThings app, I like how it alerts me if something is going wrong or one of the kiddos left the refrigerator open too long. The height is good, and it’s easy for me to get into. I like the fact that the refrigerator is at the bottom, less likelihood of something falling on me. The quick freeze function is pretty cool too. I use it when I in a bind. I need to make a Jell-O dish. I also appreciate the fact that it has an internal dispenser, has a very nice clean look to the refrigerator itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the fridge, especially how cold it keeps drinks, the water dispenser is great, very efficient in energy consumption, & the freezer has ample space. Unfortunately for our big family our old one had more capacity in the door shelves & this was something that we didn’t realize when first purchasing the fridge.

We have just received this beautiful refrigerator, I went through the instructions on how to disassemble and re assemble the refrigerator doors and detach the freezer drawer, in order to get it through the kitchen door. The instructions are detailed and well written, the design is well thought out and foolproof. What is missing and never mentioned is the two levelling pads that are extended outside the refrigerator and under the freezer drawer. In order to remove them, you have to lift or tilt the refrigerator in order to reach the bolts with a socket wrench, and the arduous task to reassemble them ( a task that is dangerous and unsafe). All the fridges that I have seen, the levelling pads are situated underneath the fridge body beside the rollers. I would guess that for safety reasons, and more stability, the extended levelling pads is a good design, but you could have at least provided safe instructions on removing and reinstalling them !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 years of use and still as new, a bit of wear and tear inside on one of the shelf but the rest is a new and great performance. Love the freezer drawer and finger print resistant. Very easy to clean the inside of the fridge too.
