We bought this fridge and it only lasted 5 months. The water dispenser never had cold water. We bought an additional warranty for the fridge and it has been a nightmare dealing with Samsung. Sam’s Club won’t help us because it broke past the 90 day point and we have been without a fridge for over 4 weeks fighting with Samsung and have already had 1 technician attempt to fix it that failed. We are now waiting for a second repair technician to attempt to fix it, but first they have to order parts and receive the parts before they will schedule the appointment and then it depends on how far how they are booked so they estimate the appointment won’t happen do another 3-4 weeks at the earliest. Then the technician has to put in notes if it’s a failed attempt to fix the fridge, which took over a week the last time. Then you have to start the process over with fighting with Samsung for an accommodation to even request a refund or replacement item. We are looking at being without a fridge for well over 2-3 months. I would not recommend this fridge and I wouldn’t recommend anything from Samsung. They have horrible customer service and do not want to honor their warranties on products that come dysfunctional from the factory.
