Not great use of space

This refrigerator is just okay. Overall capacity specifications are misleading as the use of space or flexibility of space has almost no options. There is one truly adjustable shelf. There are no pre-molded side supports to move any shelves around. All the drawers only open halfway. The freezer capacity is small. The dual ice trays are slick but are not removable.

Great Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator! I set the temperature to 34 degrees and it maintains that temperature also there is a lot of room for everything. Lots of in door space, very bright lighting and it has three ice makers wow!

Hard to Clean the glass shelves above the crisper.

The glass shelves above the crispers are extremely hard to clean. Currently the documentation I was sent was the older model. I was then asked to pry the metal retaining clip from the glass... Which I refused. Then was told to soak the whole self in warm water and mild detergent. The shelving unit containing the glass is actually larger then any bathtub we have. But I was able to angle it in the tub and fill it enough to cover the glass. Took 2 days for the discoloration to dis-appear. Then used a shower head that was on a cord to try and rinse the soap and contaminates out. But had to let it soak at least overnight. Then had to prop the shelving unit up so that liquid that remained between the glass and shelve could drip out. Also put a fan with a little heat on it. After 2 days of that, liquid could still be observed in ledge between glass and shelve. I then used a air compressor set at ~40 psi and a air nozzle to blow out the remainder. We were then able to re-assemble the refridgerator. I would like Samsung to document the procedure for cleaning this shelf/glass inserts.

Our new Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the Fridge is great, I love 4 different types of ics, the upper section is very roomy and easy to use. I do not like the Freezer configuration is not very convenient for someone who is old and doesn't like to bend over.

Amazing fridge awesome ice choices

Runs nice and cool and i love the wifi app on my ohone so that know one leaves the door open it alwrts me and my second favorite is the small nugget ice it makes it comes with four different ice types the nugget ice is my favorite plus this fridge is huge lots of room and nice led lights inside.

DONT BUY.

Woke up this morning after 9 months of use to the smell of smoke/chemicals coming from inside. Doesn’t last, scratches VERY easily and the fridge interior layout is awful. Oh yeah, and if you spill anything on the bottom shelf, you don’t be able to take it off to clean it up. :) OH and I tried multiple times to connect the fridge to SmartThings app and it never could (I got my Samsung microwave and oven to connect easily).

Samsung 3 Door

This item has malfunctioned within 3 months of purchase. It is ridiculous what the buyer has to do to get a service technician scheduled. Customer service reps are doing the best they can BUT make you do the same thing (reset power, video call, pictures) over& over!!

Great Capacity and Ice Magic!

Extremely disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were extremely disappointed in the performance of this refrigerator. The top two shelves froze everything, despite the interior temperature set at 37 degrees. The doors would not stay open so it was difficult to get items out. Plus, the large shelf directly above the oversized drawer couldn't support many items. It drooped and bent before we finished putting our food items inside. The four types of ice was the best feature of this refrigerator, which we couldn't get rid of fast enough.

Large capacity functional refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very large capacity for a counter depth model. Configuration of shelves makes for easy adaptability for large and small items. A particularly nice and useful feature of this refrigerator are the twin ice makers which provide an abundant supply of ice. The bright interior lighting and fingerprint resistant finish complete this attractive and functional appliance.
