Freezer stopped working within 48 hours after delivery and installation. This should be more than enough to say about the quality of the product. I had several friends suggested to avoid this brand but I wanted to try one more time and I wish I had not picked this again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new condo and the refrigerator was included. It's nice to have a brand-new refrigerator with filtered water and ice on the door. We have not had that feature so it's a great addition. The freezer has plenty of space and 2 trays for ice. If you scan the QR code, you can easily register for the warranty and connect the refrigerator to your phone via Bluetooth. This is a great feature as your phone will alert you if the door is open for too long. Fun technology to have. I highly recommend this to anyone shopping for a new refrigerator.

The extra 5 cubic feet I got in this item is noticeable, as I’ve not been able to fill this to capacity yet with 2 kids (getting close though). Liquids at the top left next to the ice maker will tend to freeze, so that is something to note and get used to, but you get over it. All in all, I’m happy with this purchase.

Samsung deceptive advertising. They advertise a fridge compressor have 10 years warranty but refuse to honor their promise. Samsung train their support personnel to defuse the issues with their products and you end up in a vicious cycle for several weeks hoping that you forget about the warranty and move on.

Also, the adaptable shelf, crispers, and vast storage space in the door organizers are convenient. The bottom freezer provides ample space for so much. The stainless finish really makes this appliance the focal point of the kitchen! Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best refrigerator I've ever owned. 31cu/ft and it uses half the electricity that my old (2016 GE) fridge used. The metal plate in the back really does keep everything evenly cold. My family all love the 3 different types of ice.

I'm old school and would rather look at a manual in my hands rather than searching on the computer. Much quieter than our old one, other than ice dropping. Plenty of room also. The delivery went very smoothly.

Hook it up with Smart Things app. You can scan on the inside top right to take you to get the app. It is awesome to control it if your not home. Also the sweet beep the fridge has itself to let you know the door is open also. Love the sleek look and the fingerprint resistance is a bonus. The storage for the freeze is awesome. Easy access with the top sliding shelf. I save the best for last. The lce! 4 different kinds of ice. My lil 5 pound dog and me love ice. The ice bites are perfect for him. It is so nice to have the curved and crushed on the door too. The cubed will be so nice to make a drink look fancy. Then when you want it cold quick fill the ice bites in a glass and add your beverage and there you go. Not to mention chewing the ice as I go. I uploaded the pix it is so shiny,Just beautiful.

I've only had it a little over 24 hours, but we've been through a lot before we got this fridge. I started with a very large different manufacturer model and it was not good. Ice production was not good, at all, the fridge was dark and so huge on the outside it was impossible for me to reach the rear of the fridge without a stool. I sent it back. Then we went through 3 separate refrigerators from a different manufacturer. Great design, would not keep a safe temperature. They all went back and I ordered this. Within a couple of hours of being delivered it was cold. It's doing a great job. The outside is nowhere near as large as you would think it would be with this kind of capacity. Cons: the lighting situation is not great, it's dark. I wish there was a covered bin in the door to keep butter fresh. The bottom cubbies in both doors are just-this-side of useless they're so oddly positioned and very small. You can't adjust humidity levels in crispers. The water/ice dispenser is very small compared to other models and for its size. I wish I could set my Stanley down in there to refill it, I wish I could put a small pitcher down to fill. Pros: It's honestly huge without feeling unwieldy. Ice production is great though personally I'd rather skip the bite size. But honestly I'm pretty happy. It's nice and cold, something the three other fridges I had ordered from someone else could not manage. Hopefully Samsung has addressed their issues with ice makers. Plenty of room for groceries.
