[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the fridge but there are a few issues that are a bit bothersome: 1 - it dents really easily 2 - we had one issue where the fridge compressor was frozen and we had to empty the entire fridge and defrost it for it to start working again. We've never had this issue with the other fridges we've had in the past 3 - cleaning the bottom shelf is difficult, you cannot get under the glass which is a problem when things leak and get stuck underneath it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We moved into a new condo and the refrigerator was included. It's nice to have a brand-new refrigerator with filtered water and ice on the door. We have not had that feature so it's a great addition. The freezer has plenty of space and 2 trays for ice. If you scan the QR code, you can easily register for the warranty and connect the refrigerator to your phone via Bluetooth. This is a great feature as your phone will alert you if the door is open for too long. Fun technology to have. I highly recommend this to anyone shopping for a new refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this about 2 months. Everything is great. No problems at all. Love the freezer and the layout instead of side by side. Extremely easy to set and control temps and ice makers. We don’t use ice much so we have the ice maker in the door turned off. The ability to control things thru the app is great, especially when I don’t shut a door good and it lets me know. So far we are very pleased with this purchase.

Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a Samsung refrigerator. Research the class action lawsuits for Samsung refrigerators first. I’ve had this refrigerator for less than 1 year, and everything in the lawsuits is true. Icemaker leaks into fridge, fridge and freezer do not keep consistent temperatures.

If I could give this product a -1 I would. I have had this fridge for three years and after year 1, I had to have the ice maker and memory board replaced. Two weeks ago, I had to have someone come because the coolant went, they came, added more freon in it. Here I am again with no fridge cause it is not cool. They are coming on Friday yet again. What a terrible product!!!

I love having the different shapes and sizes of ice plus the option of turning off any of the icemakers thru the app. The SmartThings app makes the refrigerator even better, setting the exact temperature on the refrigerator and the freezer. It let's me know that the door is open, even when I'm not home. The door alarm is perfect for those people who love to gawk hoping that food will jump into their hand. It sure made me jump. It has plenty of room, and the fingerprint resistant finish is extremely helpful in the middle of a renovation. I'm betting it will just keep getting better.

As we have had to vacate our kitchen, I am currently using this in my garage and have not yet hooked up the water line/ice maker but I can tell you this fridge is beautiful and I love that I can "control" the settings from my phone app
