I bought this fridge and it died in less than 5 months. Leaked all the Freon, and couldn’t be repaired. Customer service has been horrible. I’ve been without a fridge for over 3 weeks because of how long it takes them to send out 2 separate technicians just to say it’s broken. Then the refund process takes at least 5-8 business days. I can’t even go get a new fridge because I have to hold onto this one until I get the refund, or they might not pay me (per the agent on the phone, it could compromise my refund). We are a family of 4, and the fridge and freezer was stocked up, went away for 3 days and everything was trashed, room temp. They will only reimburse up to $200.00, which is INSANE for food. Nobody is willing to try and help the customer or make it right. I thought I might have had a lemon but the techs both said they see these go bad all the time, very dissatisfied with the product and customer service.

I do wish I had more ice options but I knew what I was getting so no complaints! I love that i have handles on the front as well as the top of the door and bottom!

The large capacity is much nicer than our previous refrigerator and all the ice maker options are really convenient. I really like that it connects to wifi and provides notifications.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently added this refrigerator to our kitchen and I have been happy with its performance so far. From the outside, the look is great as it is counter-depth and the flat front makes it look almost like another cabinet, although in stainless steel. The door has a water and ice dispenser that works great and is super convenient. The doors are easy to open even with cabinets to both sides. The bottom drawer has a handle on the inner topside of the drawer that easily opens it. It pulls out smoothly and has plenty of space in the lower portion. The upper drawer has two bins for different ice types that take up half of that drawer but are worth the sacrifice. Inside the refrigerator there is about as much storage as you could ask for in a counter-depth refrigerator with a door water and ice dispenser. Connecting the refrigerator to my SmartThings account was easy, as was setting it up from there. You can monitor water filter life, inside temperatures and get notifications if the door is left open too long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Large Capacity 3-Door French Door 31 cu. ft. Refrigerator with 4 Types of Ice is a really big, roomy fridge. The install person said it was the biggest fridge they make, and it really does live up to its name. I love the 4 types of ice, the sliding tray that allows me to keep bottles upright in the fridge, and the size of the freezer is fantastic. The downside for me is that the refrigerator itself is tall, and being a shorter person, it is hard to reach items that get to the back. Also, I do wish that the fruit and vegetable drawers were bigger. It is super quiet, which is a big change from our old fridge. It also cools quickly and I love the metal cooling plates on the back. The set up was easy once it was installed, however , the water dispenser barely works. It is just a little trickle, and I assured it was set up correctly and that there was nothing wrong with the lines. That just seems to be how it is. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Samsung refrigerator to anyone looking for space with the space to have it, because it is big.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gorgeous unit. plenty of room and can hold a case of beverage and have plenty of room for food. the door bins have room for gallon containers and easily hold all the condiments, salad dressing and containers the need to be kept refrigerated. the stainless steel finish is beautiful and the freezer plenty of room for meet and frozen meals. the ice maker makes 4 styles of ice which is great for entertaining and the water dispenses nice and cold and the ice dispenser ice keeps it nice in cold in my water decanter. the Samsung Smarthing app is great. it enables me to monitor the temperature and ice maker and turn the ice maker on or off as well as temperature control remotely

I don’t love that the fridge door side with the water doesn’t stay open by itself but it’s okay. The doors have a lot of storage that I love.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this fridge a little over 2 weeks now and it has been a great addition to our home. The smart features are not overbearing and will send a nice notification if the door is left open, or if the temps are low. I love having the 4 different options for ice types. I was under the impression the ice cubes were going to be like the nugget or pellet ice, but they are smaller cubes. While not as great as the nugget ice, I would still say it is the good ice. We had some issues with the dispencer on the front leaking, but after re-leveling the fridge, that stopped. This produces a lot of ice very quickly. The dispencer on the front of the fridge can do the curved ice, and crushed ice along with the water. The regular large cubes and the ice bites are in bins in the freezer. The ice is clear. The water and the ice taste great. The fridge is about the same size as our last one was, but this one seems to fit items better. We have been able to fit more items in the doors and have the main area free to use for bigger items. It has a flex shelf that can push in to accomodate tall items, and that has been wonderful.

If I could give this product a -1 I would. I have had this fridge for three years and after year 1, I had to have the ice maker and memory board replaced. Two weeks ago, I had to have someone come because the coolant went, they came, added more freon in it. Here I am again with no fridge cause it is not cool. They are coming on Friday yet again. What a terrible product!!!
