Horrible purchase! Refrigerator stopped working (sat at 70 degrees for 2 days while I went back and forth with Samsung’s technical “support”) after just over a year and of course it’s past the warranty so the company provides no support. I will never purchase an appliance from Samsung again. The extra features might seem attractive but when it can’t do its basic job, it ends up being an expensive mistake. Stick with the brands that have been in business longer and support customers better.

Samsung is supposed to make things easier to use, easier to clean, time saving products. This refrigerator is an epic fail!! You forgot that the ones cleaning this refrigerators are mostly common people who buys your products because of the futuristic ant time saving features. Well... cleaning this refrigerator requires tools, a lot of time, the pieces are easy to break and you end up with a terrible back ache just to remove a shelf. Epic fail!. I wish I knew this before I bought this junk.

Had issues the first 24 hours when the filter didn't sit properly and water filled the meat tray inside the fridge. The ice makers needed to be reset manually before producing ice. The small ice had a screw in the first batch. A technical came out to checked the fridge and made sure it now was working properly. Service was good.

It was the biggest one I could get into my space and the shelves inside were well engineered. I also liked the option of four different ice cube sizes and two different ice makers. I am now about five months with my new Samsung and I am happy with the unit.

The shelves are easy to adjust and very spacious. The door shelves are convenient and accommodate big containers. Freezer space is large and easy to access. Convenient water and ice on door help to avoid opening fridge. The variety of ice is also a big plus. No more finger prints. Loaded on Smart Things App and now I get notified if it is left open and have access to temp. A perfect addition to our kitchen.

Purchased a similar model a few years ago and had nothing but problems ice maker only worked for a year so and now we get sheets of ice under the refrigerator drawer and it leaks water on the floor also food seems to spoil really fast. Samsung knows about all these and will not recall them. This fridge was a major disappointment I will never buy anything Samsung and will never recommend.

This refrigerator is terrible I had it for 8 months tried to get it fixed by Samsung and it did not get fixed and the tech came out twice they deemed it unfixable. They wont refund me but giving me Samsung credit. The compressors on these are not big enough for the mega capacity refrigerator.

Fridge started leaking water from top ice maker from day 1. They sent a tec out and said it was unrepairable. Luckily we purchased extended warranty and Samsung is sending us a cheque for the unit once it’s sent back to them. Very poor quality fridge. Love the design and features if only it actually worked properly.
