[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our 31 cu. ft. 3 door refer last October to replace our 3 door refer that quit working. The only problem we have had with it is the ice dispenser on the door. It only worked part time and was messy when it did work. If you tried to get ice cubes they would come out 1 or 2 at a time and spray ice crystals all over the floor. When you opened the door to see why it was not dispensing, a large handful of ice would com crashing down onto the floor. It seems the hot air inside the house (78 deg) would cause condensation in the Shute. We only use the door access for cold water. We get the ice cubes from the tray in the bottom freezer with the scoop. No mess, No fuss, just the right amount of ice.

Samsung is supposed to make things easier to use, easier to clean, time saving products. This refrigerator is an epic fail!! You forgot that the ones cleaning this refrigerators are mostly common people who buys your products because of the futuristic ant time saving features. Well... cleaning this refrigerator requires tools, a lot of time, the pieces are easy to break and you end up with a terrible back ache just to remove a shelf. Epic fail!. I wish I knew this before I bought this junk.

Only issue so far is the fridge doesn't always close cleanly due to the vertical bar between the doors. Seems crazy that this is an issue given the simplicity of it.

It is ok for a fridge/freezer. I am noticing that it is basically impractical for my family's use. It maybe one of the largest sizes but feel like the overal configuration is not that great. The glass shelves look nice but are nearly impossible to remove from fridge and clean in between glass and plastic hardware holding it without breaking it. It is meh to me and cumbersome with lack of shelf options or movement options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Large Capacity 3-Door French Door 31 cu. ft. Refrigerator with 4 Types of Ice is a really big, roomy fridge. The install person said it was the biggest fridge they make, and it really does live up to its name. I love the 4 types of ice, the sliding tray that allows me to keep bottles upright in the fridge, and the size of the freezer is fantastic. The downside for me is that the refrigerator itself is tall, and being a shorter person, it is hard to reach items that get to the back. Also, I do wish that the fruit and vegetable drawers were bigger. It is super quiet, which is a big change from our old fridge. It also cools quickly and I love the metal cooling plates on the back. The set up was easy once it was installed, however , the water dispenser barely works. It is just a little trickle, and I assured it was set up correctly and that there was nothing wrong with the lines. That just seems to be how it is. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Samsung refrigerator to anyone looking for space with the space to have it, because it is big.

The gallon door shelves is also a big plus. The exterior of refrigerator is very sleek and keeps clean. Easy to set up on Smart Things App. This helps to check temp and also advises when door is open and closed. Alarm is also great if you don.t have your phone around to let you know door is open. Power cool functions is perfect when door stays open for long period while putting in groceries. And now for ice selection, 4 types of ice satisfies everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator! It is very spacious and the size of the shelves are adjusted perfectly. The middle shelf opens and works great for long wine bottles. I had a Samsung side by side and it was great, but I like being able to fit sizable leftovers on the shelves and not have to break them down into small portions. I never wanted anything but the ice maker on the door for convenience but I love the containers in the lower freezer compartment. I use them everyday with the included scoop. Faster and easier and with the 4 different types of ice. Crushed to cool of homemade iced tea. Large cubes for big cups and the little cubes for the kids. Love love love it. Very glad I purchased and gave my old Samsung to a friend and he loves that one too.

WHen setting it up, it cooled quickly and the ice is great, never run out of it. 1 draw had a crack in it and Samsung took care of it immediately. It was well protected, just something that happens. Also, the "drop" shelf gives temporary space for larger/taller items

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flimsy materials, but great size for large families. The shelves seem to struggle to hold up normal weight of groceries. The stainless seems to dent easily. Overall size is fantastic! I guess it's a good thing we bought the extended warranty. If Samsung could fix these two issues, it would be a great frig.
