The water comes out cold. It's a smart refrigerator so it alerts me if someone in the house leaves the door open. A great buy for the price

The overall layout and design is well thought out. Highly recommend and we are very happy that we got this! The SmartThings app let you know if you left the door open and also allow you to remotely monitor and control fridge and freezer temp. If you forget to close the door right, the fridge also has audible alert to warn you that you left the door open which has gone off a couple times for me. The one feature is quick cool that I haven't had a chance to use but legit one of the most thoughtful features I came across. Forgot to cool your favorite beverage? Well, this fridge has got your back.

Purchased a similar model a few years ago and had nothing but problems ice maker only worked for a year so and now we get sheets of ice under the refrigerator drawer and it leaks water on the floor also food seems to spoil really fast. Samsung knows about all these and will not recall them. This fridge was a major disappointment I will never buy anything Samsung and will never recommend.

Samsung deceptive advertising. They advertise a fridge compressor have 10 years warranty but refuse to honor their promise. Samsung train their support personnel to defuse the issues with their products and you end up in a vicious cycle for several weeks hoping that you forget about the warranty and move on.

It's incredibly spacious, we love the variety of ice and the flexibility to turn off certain varieties of ice if we want. It's easy to clean and looks great in our kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my refrigerator/freezer on 05/28/24 & it was delivered on the 29th. I love it. I especially like the slide out freezer with a top shelf, everything is so handy and you don't dump the cold air every time you open it as with a door freezer. The double door refrigerator is nice too, containing the cold air, except when you have to open both doors to slide out the meat storage drawer.

From pouches of apple sauce, weird creations that somebody made, to pots and pots of food. It holds it all! The doors have special spacing for containers of juice or milk (full gallons I mean! Not just 2 liter sizes). This is great for my little guy that is still not tall enough to reach the full refrigerator. I love the fact that you can connect this fridge to your phone using Samsung smart things app. Your able to make sure that the fridge and freezer is at your selected temperature. It also tells you when any door is left open. Great for parents with younger kids. I've lost plenty of frozen items in the past because we didn't know the freezer was left open! The ice machine is great. I didn't realize that the bottom ice maker continously makes ice! This to me is the highlight of the refrigerator! 4 different types of ice! Amazing! The freezer section is a good size. I have a deep freezer as well so the freezer section might be a problem if you freeze a lot. It's able to fit our ice cream, waffles, and a good amount of other stuff, but not our frozen packs of chicken, meats, and beef. Again, I'm a family of 4. So we freeze a lot. Still a great buy!
