It is cheaply built. says 25 CuF, but it seems to stuff less than my old Samsung refrigerator(25 CuF) that got replaced. Very rigid interior (cannot adjust the slides). If I had physically seen the refrigerator, I wouldn't have bought it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the fridge but there are a few issues that are a bit bothersome: 1 - it dents really easily 2 - we had one issue where the fridge compressor was frozen and we had to empty the entire fridge and defrost it for it to start working again. We've never had this issue with the other fridges we've had in the past 3 - cleaning the bottom shelf is difficult, you cannot get under the glass which is a problem when things leak and get stuck underneath it.

We have not had that feature so it's a great addition. The freezer has plenty of space and 2 trays for ice. If you scan the QR code, you can easily register for the warranty and connect the refrigerator to your phone via Bluetooth. This is a great feature as your phone will alert you if the door is open for too long. Fun technology to have. I highly recommend this to anyone shopping for a new refrigerator.

I'm old school and would rather look at a manual in my hands rather than searching on the computer. Much quieter than our old one, other than ice dropping. Plenty of room also. Overall it is well built with quality worthy of a first rate manufacturer. Positive points are its large capacity in the box that fits into the space of my old 27 Cu ft model, glass shelves and three ice configurations. In the few weeks I’ve owned it, it’s held its interior temperature consistently in both the freezer and refrigerator sections. This box runs very quietly, so much so, that I’ve checked the handy cell phone app Samsung provides to make sure it’s still running. By the way, the app is a great way to manage the temps and ice production both in the door dispenser and bulk ice in the freezer. I would have given this product 5 stars except for the lack of adjustability of the shelves. Adequate storage of tall bottles and milk cartons is on the skimpy side, so much so that I purchased a shelving unit enabling horizontal storage of those items much like wine bottles. This might have been mitigated with more shelving adjustments as I mentioned previously. With the exception of that one large negative, the box is a well finished and capable appliance. Compared to boxes with the same features and even less cubic feet, the Samsung was very attractively priced, some boxes running hundreds of dollars more. Also the warranty covers a longer period of time than almost all competitors. If you can live with the few adjustability problems, I would recommend this product as an all around good purchase.

It was the biggest one I could get into my space and the shelves inside were well engineered. I also liked the option of four different ice cube sizes and two different ice makers. I am now about five months with my new Samsung and I am happy with the unit.

Thought it would be inconvenient and hard on the back to bend over every time I had to grab something from the freezer. I’ve had this model for over a month and absolutely love it! The frig. Space is so much more than my past frig. I was able to get rid of our 2nd backup garage frig.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Large Capacity 3-Door French Door 31 cu. ft. Refrigerator with 4 Types of Ice is a really big, roomy fridge. The install person said it was the biggest fridge they make, and it really does live up to its name. I love the 4 types of ice, the sliding tray that allows me to keep bottles upright in the fridge, and the size of the freezer is fantastic. The downside for me is that the refrigerator itself is tall, and being a shorter person, it is hard to reach items that get to the back. Also, I do wish that the fruit and vegetable drawers were bigger. It is super quiet, which is a big change from our old fridge. It also cools quickly and I love the metal cooling plates on the back. The set up was easy once it was installed, however , the water dispenser barely works. It is just a little trickle, and I assured it was set up correctly and that there was nothing wrong with the lines. That just seems to be how it is. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Samsung refrigerator to anyone looking for space with the space to have it, because it is big.
