[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had my GE fridge for 10 years and it died on me so I had to find a replacement in a hurry. Found an amazing deal and decided to give Samsung a try. Only 2 complaints so far. First the top shelf seems a little flimsy due to only having support on the front of it on one side. The second issue is the ice dispenser seems to leak a little bit of water from ice getting stuck inside the door between the ice maker and the dispenser. Seems to be a common problem on the Samsung units as my parents experience the same issue with theirs. Overall i would buy another Samsung if the price is similar or cheaper than a comparable GE unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it 6 months ago I love it. But out the 2 ice machine the one in the bottom is great. The one on the door not so much it get stuck most of the time. The water also shoots out to far from were the cup is place it’s not center.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the Mega Capacity refrigerator a few months now and if not for the ice dropping every now and then you would not even know its running, as it is so much quieter than the old one. I do like the notifications I get on my phone when someone leaves the door open too long, so I can yell for them to close it but do have to admit that because of the size (and how much stuff we pack in) it does take some time to find exactly what you are looking for. Only two small nit picks, the through the door dispenser drip tray is too small (crushed ice tends to fall out after you've removed your cup) and the produce drawers tend to hit the doors when removing larger items. Other than that I wish I gotten it sooner and it lasts as long as the one it replaced.

It is cheaply built. says 25 CuF, but it seems to stuff less than my old Samsung refrigerator(25 CuF) that got replaced. Very rigid interior (cannot adjust the slides). If I had physically seen the refrigerator, I wouldn't have bought it.

I've only had it a little over 24 hours, but we've been through a lot before we got this fridge. I started with a very large different manufacturer model and it was not good. Ice production was not good, at all, the fridge was dark and so huge on the outside it was impossible for me to reach the rear of the fridge without a stool. I sent it back. Then we went through 3 separate refrigerators from a different manufacturer. Great design, would not keep a safe temperature. They all went back and I ordered this. Within a couple of hours of being delivered it was cold. It's doing a great job. The outside is nowhere near as large as you would think it would be with this kind of capacity. Cons: the lighting situation is not great, it's dark. I wish there was a covered bin in the door to keep butter fresh. The bottom cubbies in both doors are just-this-side of useless they're so oddly positioned and very small. You can't adjust humidity levels in crispers. The water/ice dispenser is very small compared to other models and for its size. I wish I could set my Stanley down in there to refill it, I wish I could put a small pitcher down to fill. Pros: It's honestly huge without feeling unwieldy. Ice production is great though personally I'd rather skip the bite size. But honestly I'm pretty happy. It's nice and cold, something the three other fridges I had ordered from someone else could not manage. Hopefully Samsung has addressed their issues with ice makers. Plenty of room for groceries.

Love the 4 separate types of Ice and the integration with the Samsung App. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the open door alert which is great as a reminder but can get annoying.

Cooling is fast and effective, looks are great and even qualified for the rebates through utility provider. I love the app connectivity too. I can change the temp of the fridge and/or freezer even on the go using SmartThings app. Even show how much power was consumed - thats super nice. Attaching snashot of the app for reference. Only con I can think of is that I opted for one of the biggest ones (31 cu ft) from capacity standpoint and honestly it didnt feel all that big, if at all, when compared to the other non-samsung branded 27 cu ft fridge. Outside of the this, I think I am pretty happy with the purchase and totally recommend this to friends & family

I had to replace my fridge and I thought this one was a good deal. However, I am disappointed that although its appears large, I design for space is horrible. Im storing less and the shelves are not adjustable as one might think. It's a set position. It's difficult to change the filter, I had to YouTube it. its hard and time consuming to clean the draw shelf, and even after removing it, the design prevents a through clean, any liquid gets trapped in the front and cannot clean it well. this is frustration. Since I had this fridge Im still unable to connect it with the WiFi, and have made several attempts. Im fine with the 2 ice trays in the freezer drawer, but the disadvantage is you ice is exposed to food or freezer odors or any freezer spill. The ice maker when empty can take about 48hrs to fill up. during the summer or entertaining I have to purchase ice.
