Gap between latch and lock and locking mechanism broke easily.

Shipped on time didn’t have to wait a week. Easy set up. I like it has the red and green to show when get is closed or open. It’s strong and held up to its purpose .. great item

Gate worked great for about 2 weeks. Now we can’t unlatch. Daughter is constantly climbing over it because she can’t open it. My husband even struggles to open.

This product is a lifesaver with young children in the house when you have 2 flights of stairs. It was easy to install and gave everyone great peace of mind that the crawler would be safe!

Be prepared to tackle a difficult assembly. I'm sure once we figure it all out, it will be fine, but I really don't have half a day to put this together.

The walk through feature on this gate is so much easier than traditional gates. I really like how the gate can swing either way or be setup to only open one way. The installation is pretty easy & the indicator is very helpful too.

This is a great product. I've used a couple gates and this is the easiest to setup. The hardest part is if you need extensions but after you figure it out is not hard. Tool less installation is amazing. Recommend!

This walk-thru baby gate is a GAME CHANGER! No more struggling to get over the gate, no more bashing my ankle on the top of the gate. This is a MUST HAVE for any busy Mama/family.

These are super easy to set up. Once set up, they work without issues. Occasionally one of the squeaks but even that is not consistent. I absolutely love them

This gate was great for about two weeks. Then the latch system has since been extremely difficult to operate. It takes intense pressure to open. This seems to be a design flaw based on several reviews. I would like this fixed please.
