This bike is easier on your back if you are older. The seat is amazing to sit on. I am still getting to know how to use the settings.

Bike was fairly easy to assemble, and provides at home option for exercise. Like the rather small footprint. Pretty good unit for the money. Only problem is that the upper exercise handles tend to collide with your knees. It is hard to position the unit to avoid this and therefore, I have been using the foot pedals and the hand controls separately. Still, I am getting an aerobic workout at home without going to a public exercise room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly - went together in leas than an hour once I got it all unboxed. Make sure that you assemble this where it is going to be used. It weighs quite a bit. This is great for stability, but not very mobile. Function - very sturdy and easy to adjust for size and resistance. There is a noticable difference in each step from 1 to 8. I also like the fact that the arm and legs can (and should) be worked separately. You can pinpoint the proper resistance level for each. Extras - The screen is functional and gives you the basics, but not much more and that is fine for me. I know what I want to do for my work out and dont need to pay for a tour guide. Quality - As I said this is a very sturdy machine and even though I have only been using for about a month I have no doubt that it will last.

This product is smooth and quiet and great for someone with back problems. However, I am disappointed that it is difficult to use the upper body handles at the same time you are cycling. It's easy to get out of sync and hit your knees with the upper handles. It's fine if you do the upper and lower exercises separately.
