After going through Pulmonary Rehab Therapy, I knew I needed to continue my exercise routine at home, to not have my 6 weeks of therapy wasted, & to not go 'backwards' with my health! My therapist recommended a recumbent bike - After doing much research & checking with my pulmonary therapist, I purchased this bike 2 - 3 months ago, & am so glad that I did! I ride it 4 - 5 times a week for 20 minutes, alternating between my legs & my arms. I can now do 2.1 miles in 20 minutes - that's HUGE for me!

I have not had this Stamina bike for very long (and have never owned an exercise bike) but I am very pleased with the quality and ease of use this bike has to offer. I definitely like the seat vs a regular bicycle seat. The lowest tension setting is very comfortable for beginners, and I definitely feel the workout on my legs and lower back muscles. The bike was fairly easy to assemble, and not so heavy that it’s a problem to move from one room to another. I think the price was very good for the quality and I would highly recommend this product to friends & family.

I purchased this for my wife having suffered a stroke. This device is the same as the one used by the Rehabilitation Center. My wife can now receive physical therapy at home 7 days a week at her own convenience and pleasure. Great quality machine.

I am 84.5 years young and have always exercised. I am no longer able to use my elliptical due to scoliosis and degenerative disc disease. This bike is a God Send ! Amazingly well built and does the job for me. Will add years to my life !

This recumbent bike was pretty easy for my nephew to put together and it didn’t take long. The bike seat is comfortable and adjusts easily. I love that it’s not overwhelming technical because my 87 year old mother can easily use it.

I couldn't beat the price on this recumbent bike! It was a quick delivery and not too difficult to assemble. I love the workout my legs get, using it, but the hand pedals don't have any tension on them so no arm workout to speak of. That wasn't clear in the online description. I'm still glad I got it.

This machine is great, I've had it about a month and use it every day for legs and arms. Easy to get on and off. Set the timer for a specific time, pedal away while listening to music, it beeps me when time is up. It has resistant when foot pedaling or hand pedaling but not both at same time. Does not have resistance when backward hand pedaling. Settings do not operate when back hand pedaling. BUT, I really love the machine and it's working great for me.

Very nicely built bike. Just wish the entire handle bar assembly could be raised. Otherwise it’s a great bike at a great price.

The erge upper part working well. Used it post achilles surgery. Its helped a great deal. However the pedals have been making a terrible clciking sound and seems as if the belt or tension mechanism isnt functioning properly. Its hard for me to tell as im limited with using my leg. Hopefully covered under warranty.

There is a lot of constant squeaking when I pedal. We have contacted the company, submitted a video so they could hear the problem but have not heard back in a timely manner
