Great exercise. I don’t get much exercise but I am using this increasing my time each time I get on it. It was easy to put together. Since I live alone my neighbor came over and put it together for me.

I am just getting into a regular routine with riding my Stamina Total Body Bike, but I love it. There are so many benefits with this type of exercise and the one of many for me is the fact that it works the upper body.

I am happy with this bike but want to know how to get rid of the clunk sound every time the arm bars are turned. We have tightened up everything we can see. I've already written this to you earlier and you have not responded. Please do so.

The bike is pretty sturdy and comfortable. It is easily adjustable for the rider and feels good, but there are some things that need to be improved to make it a really good bike. First, it has knocking noises and squeaks when riding. I have tightened up everything that can be accessed, but it still does it. The major thing though is that the hand pedals have no bearings and make the operation of them not very smooth. It is plastic against metal. The addition of ball bearings would greatly improve the feel and operation of the pedals. I would not purchase it again because of that.

Overall, I like the bike. It would have been extremely nice if one could have had a floor model to try it before you buy it. I say this because the tension at level one setting is SO much more than anyone of the other recumbent bikes I have used at the setting of level one. Also, the seat is not as comfortable as some of the other ones either.

It is quite smooth and quiet, and it is a nice leg workout. Overall, I'm enjoying the bike. The one problem I have is with the seat adjustment. It would be nice if I were able to angle the seat and the back in order to give myself a more comfortable position instead of just slide forward, back, up and down. Rotating arms — meh....

We have had this exercise bike for about 2 weeks and are very happy with it! It's stable, doesn't take up much room, and looks really good. We are in our 70's and both are enjoying using it every day. We like the comfortable seat which is adjustable. The display is easy to see and gives us all the info we need, such as distance, time, and calories used. Pedaling is smooth and quiet. We like the simple tension adjustment, and works perfectly. It arrived well-packed in it's box in several pieces, but the directions were clear and it took only a short time to assemble it. This is a very high quality machine! We highly recommend it.

Have had this bike for about a month now and absolutely love it! I have MS and am using this bike for my daily exercise routine to help both loosen up and strengthen my legs and arms. This bike is very high quality and very sturdy. I can adjust the tension to match my needs. I exercise my legs with the pedals first, then my arms with the handles so I get the benefit of the tension adjustment for both! I could not be happier with my purchase! And it took us about three hours to put the bike together. The instructions are very easy to follow, but you need two people to do it.

The bike is quiet and provides a smooth steady resistance. Very comfortable. The hand bike portion is also excellent good smooth resistance . You only get resistant on pedals or hand pedals a, one ar time. But very nice and compact. Too Heavy for me to move around so I put it where I want it. Nicer than equipment I have used at rehab places and two for the storage space of one with hand bike built in Would recommend and will buy another one if need arise

My Elite Total Body Recumbent Bike was an early Christmas present to myself, as my husband would not have ever considered buying such an item online. But the bike was well-packaged and came with good instructions for assembly. I had one warranty issue that was handled immediately by Customer Service, so I am very pleased with my purchase and the bike. I have no more excuses for not exercising, as the bike is set up in a guest room in front of a tv and very easy to use. I wish I had bought it sooner!
