It took a little time to get used the remote, but it is made for the streaming services that I use. The picture took minimal adjustments to look amazing. I am enjoying the beautiful picture.

Haven't bought a new TV in years. This Q7 for Sam's is the Q70 outside of Sam's club, but you cannot beat the free 4 yr All State warranty, included! Works great as a gaming monitor (very large gaming monitor) and able to clock it to run 4K at 110-120 hz! Hate that it's a smart TV and wants to be connected to internet, so I am required to use the streaming Apps to get the full 4K experience for most movies. Normally prefer to just run streaming apps from their websites on my PC. Basically, I bought this TV as a gaming monitor...and occasional movies. Works great and was a good price considering the new OLED Q80s, etc.

My only, and somewhat major complaint is the remote. It functions sparodicly at best. Tapping it on a hard surface will usually get it to work again. It's not batteries, so that's not it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung tv for watching movies and tv shows on Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. I also use it for gaming on my Xbox Series X. This tv is awesome, from the amazing image to the 120hz refresh rate for gaming, it suits everything I was looking for in a tv. This is my first Samsung Tv and it is by far my favorite tv I've ever owned. It also pairs perfectly with my Samsung sound bar. There is no other tv that matches this one, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great tv. It has all the apps I want, and I can listen to music on it through Spotify. Some of the other cool features it has that I think are cool is Amazon Alexa, and Google Assistant. I use this tv everyday and the built in game mode is awesome. The HDR and VRR work together to make an awesome gaming experience.

Best Samsung tv that I have purchased yet, this is my 6th Samsung tv and I don't believe that I will ever switch to any other model. With each Samsung model comes great enhancements . I purchased a sound bar to go with it to enhance the sound effects.

Picture is crystal clear .but the voice assistant is annoying and the sound adjustment is very limited.this unit does not allow the choice of setting your own resulting in a lower level on blue tooth sound bars .so I went back to my stereo set up with big sub and Bose speakers .now I have the big sound that should come with a big screen .Samsung drop the annoying voice assistant or have the option to turn her off and shut her up .the inputs are Limited no rca inputs so older equipment is non compatible ie vcr and some DVD players even stereo receivers that don't have hdmi .blue tooth is great but again the out put levels are limited for the real movie and sound geeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has many features to list. Great picture amazing in 4k. Easy to setup and use. Easy to connect devices to it and sync them. Only downfall is the sound. The sound is great unless in a big room. Recommend getting some sort of sound system.

We were so impressed with the 55 inch we bought our son for Christmas that we went back and bought ourselves a Samsung for our bedroom. The visual quality is just unmatched and for me a budgeting wife, the price was just unbelievably affordable especially for all the outstanding graphics and features that are just standard any time you purchase a Samsung TV. Also we have purchased other brands and they have never out beat our Samsung. As for me and my family we will never buy anything except Samsung televisions . we are truly happy, satisfied customers and honestly there is nothing I could say as far as any improvements because you guys knock it out of the park every time!
