The picture is excellent, I compared it side by side with my previous non-4k Samsung TV and it was a very noticeable change. Games and movies are just a bit sharper and detailed than before. Works great in all lighting conditions in my living room. Some other TVs I looked at may have had slightly better pictures (AMOLED technology) but were much more expensive. I've had multiple Samsung TVs and have never been disappointed.

Is incredible the bad cloudiness on dark images, backlight irregular brightness. I am a samsung lover, and still very disappointed with my unit. Next move a Neo generation.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has great features, it's a smart TV, has live TV once connected to the internet as well as lots of apps that you can download. One of the issues that we have found with this TV is that it does not have a lot of storage so you are limited to the amount of apps that you can download and many of the apps that come installed on the TV cannot be uninstalled.

It took a little time to get used the remote, but it is made for the streaming services that I use. The picture took minimal adjustments to look amazing. I am enjoying the beautiful picture.

My only, and somewhat major complaint is the remote. It functions sparodicly at best. Tapping it on a hard surface will usually get it to work again. It's not batteries, so that's not it.

My disappointment is predominately the interface to features and the lacking function of the remote. The remote handles most functions well. It does not provide the ability to select the channel line-up menu when viewing the cable stream nor is it able to change channels, etc. To switch between viewing "sources" ... from the cable-TV controller to Samsung Plus, Discovery+, Prime Video, etc. is not a simple task.
