I was pleasantly surprised at how good these came out. I washed the meat and rubbed the seasonings. The meat was tender and the flavor was amazing. My family really enjoyed this lamb. I would definitely repurchase.

They were excellent. I did a simple marinade with great EVOO, fresh garlic, rosemary, thyme, S&P. Two minutes a side in the cast iron, into the 425 oven for 5 mins, let them rest under tented foil. Superb!!

I cooked these today in a little butter, Rosemary and Olive oil and garlic for about 5 minutes per side. I marinated them in the Rosemary, garlic olive oil salt and pepper and lemon juice for about 30 minutes and added a tsp of butter in the skillet and they melted in my mouth so tender and moist had to order more better than any steak and I love a good Ribeye. This is the first time I've ever eaten lamb chops. I didn't have fresh Rosemary just the bottle kind.

I like the product... What I don't like is how it's jumped almost 4 dollars a pound within a year

Extremely tiny chops … nothing like last years ???? No worth the price at all 1 pkg serves 1 person ???? lol And I received late on the 5/5 expires 5/7??? Really Sams I think you can do a lot better than this !!!! It reminds me of a Walmart purchase not a Sam’s club buy ???

These chops are an excellent meat and a great value (about 1/3 of most grocery stores). We love 'em.
