Wonderful, tasty lamb. No strong odors or odd taste like found in some other chains Me<$& Yup, that's you- Best recipe we've done is a light coating of olive oil or your favorite marinade. get the grill up to 400 degrees. Brown the chops on both sides for a 2 minutes or so. Then, stand the chops up so that the backbone (top of the 'T') is on the grill. The chops will cook perfectly from the inside out! Serve at 120 degrees or more, no raw meat on the bone, just PERFECTION!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how good these came out. I washed the meat and rubbed the seasonings. The meat was tender and the flavor was amazing. My family really enjoyed this lamb. I would definitely repurchase.

Easter Dinner

They were excellent. I did a simple marinade with great EVOO, fresh garlic, rosemary, thyme, S&P. Two minutes a side in the cast iron, into the 425 oven for 5 mins, let them rest under tented foil. Superb!!
