Member's Mark Australian Bone-In Lamb Loin Chops, priced per pound

These were delivered with the bones tearing through the outer plastic covering the lamb chops, exposing them to air. Upon further inspection, they were also spoiled.

Spoiled Lamb Chops

You were selling the New Zealand lamb chops which were very tender and juicy.  I will not be buying your lamb any more until bring back the New Zealand lamb chops.

Dry and not tender at all

Something was wrong with these. Odd texture and taste and we make a lot of lamb. Tasted almost as if they'd been frozen, thawed, and re-frozen a few times.

Strange taste and texture

I bought these for Christmas dinner as my family loves lamb. These smelled “off” and tasted awful. The package contained 8 chops, I served 6. No one wanted the last two. They went in the trash. I was so disappointed.

Not Sam’s Club’s finest

New Zealand lamb. Not quite as flavorful as american raised lamb but the price is just un beatable

When I got ready to wash and cook the meat it smelled like rotten eggs I had to throw them away. Very disappointed in this purchase

No good

My family doesn’t like lamb, period. They’ve tried it and have never liked the taste. This past Father’s Day I put on a feast. For one of the early courses I marinated some of these lamb chops and some farm raised quail in a mixture of spicy V8, soy sauce and a sprinkle of dry rub mixture. Smoked them on my pellet grill at 250 about 1 hour then turned up the heat and open flame seared them with a light coat of BBQ sauce…..yeah, BBQ sauce! Brought them inside while the family was already grazing on some appetizers and told them the lamb and quail were the next course. So curios they were, they couldn’t stand looking at these delicious looking little grilled lamb chops and started cutting one, then another, then another into bite sized pieces until they were all gone. Delicious they exclaimed, didn’t have that lanolin taste at all !! Even the grilled quailed disappeared in the same manner. Non traditional cooking methods can transform non traditional foods. I’ll be buying them again, my family has already requested I cook them for the next gathering !!
