Got lamb chops! Beef has lost its favor, but the lamb chops cooked like steaks are delicious with just kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic

I grilled these on the grill. They were very flavorful, juicy, and so tender they almost melted in your mouth.

Member's Mark has great Lamb products but their Lamb T-Bones are the best and are very affordable. I like them better then beef T-Bones.

This are good but inconsistent. We'll get 3 good ones & 3 mediocre (mostly tough) ones. But the price is good & the good ones are really good.

Bought these many times no problem. Last purchase was opened same day purchased and ruined, shame on the meat department for offering such a bad product for sale. If you didn't know then you're in the wrong trade.
