I love firehouse subs. I don't like there app. you can't use a gift card on there app. check to make sure because they need to fix it

These can not be used in the app, probably by design. They can only be used for in-store purchases, which, thus far for me anyway, are not discounted. If you're buying them to use for in-app discounted prices, you will be disappointed.

BEWARE !! These cards can only be used in store. All their specials and discounts appear in the App, in which you CAN'T use the gift cards. Lousy deal !!

Like most people these days, I like place fast food orders using mobile apps, rather than stand in line waiting to place my order. Plus mobile apps is where you can find good deals. Well the lame Firehouse app WILL NOT let you use gift cards! They can only be used in store. Which is ridiculous. I will not buy these gift cards again.

Shipped out Gift Cards that were NOT activated. The amount of time/trouble/aggravation trying to get my monies refunded by Sam's Club is unacceptable - this is NOT the first time they've shipped out Gift Cards (different companies gift card) without activating, although in the first instance, getting that resolved was relatively straightforward (they were able to activate after the fact).
