Very pleased with the firehouse subs gift cards I received from Sam’s wholesale club. It was a great savings.

The gift cards themselves were great, awesome deal at Christmas time. But the delivery driver left them at the abandoned house next door. It wasn't until a city worker was at that house ten days later that he found the box and brought it over to my house. I was thinking in the Christmas craziness I had lost them!

No one tells you that these gift cards are unusable in the Firehouse Subs app !! They do not accept their OWN gift cards as payment in the app. Since most of their specials can ONLY be ordered in the app, these gift cards fall very short of my satisfaction !!!

Sam's Club has a no return policy on gift cards. I tried to return these gift cards because I had so many problems with the Firehouse Subs gift cards I already have. Firehouse Subs has the worst customer service of any restaurant I have dealt with. They don't reply to customer feedback. The gift cards are constantly being declined in store and Firehouse subs does not allow the use of gift cards on their mobile app. The website to check your balance is down more than it is up making it very annoying to check your balance.

Do NOT buy these!!! I ordered them a few years back, they arrived not activated, and Sam's makes it ridiculously impossible to get your money back. This also happened with the Wendy's gift cards I just ordered. I will not be buying any more gift cards from these scammers.

Do not order gift cards from Sams Club. I decided to give them another chance after a couple of years ago ordering cards that were not activated. After receiving 2 firehouse gift cards, I immediately went on firehouse website to check the balance and they were inactive. I actually went by our local firehouse and tried to use them and they did not honor them! I was fuming and it is a nightmare to try to get them loaded!! I was on the phone for 50 minutes, trying to understand their heavy accents, each one of them didn't have a clue on how to fix the problem! Talked to 1st guy 20 minutes, then a specialist, then they connected me with the escalation team! REALLY! They told me they do not refund on gift cards!! I was very firm with them and told them I understand about no refunds, but these cards are worthless, either fix the cards or remove the charge from my Sams card!! They told me I would be getting a call from them in the next 72 hrs! I said No, I want it resolved today! Eve, (from the Phillipines) then told me as a 1 time courtesy, that she would remove it from my bill! What a joke, like this was a favor to me! I spend nearly an hour on the phone with these representatives and they had no clue as how to help me. I am giving them 5-7 business days and we'll see if the charge is removed! I will NEVER order gift cards from Sams again!

I purchased gift cards online but when I went to use them, they show a ZERO balance. They are supposed to have $25 each but got 2 gift cards with a ZERO balance. When you look at the gift card history they show as: No data available. Decline Card Inactive Someone is ripping off customers and keeping the active cards and mailing cards that were never activated. Sucks!

I bought $200 worth of these cards from SamsClub.com and when I went to Firehouse they all said zero balance. Very frustrating to be at register to pay and your cards don't work. Called Sams and told for some reason cards activated 8-15-24 and then deactivated 8-18-24. Cannot replace cards, instead I have to give all card numbers to agent and then receive email needing photos of cards. Why, you have the numbers. I am treaded like I made the mistake instead of Sams. Who knows if or when this will get resolved. BEWARE OF BUYING GIFT CARDS FROM SAMS.COM. You will have to call and email many times to receive what you paid for! Last year I had bought $100 in golden Corral cards and they only sent me $50 worth. I called at least 10 times and finally received a call back from a supervisor who made this right. I thought this was a one time problem but this current problem shows that it is not . Why sell cards if they don't work and why ask me to do all the work to recover when you made the mistake. I have been a 30+ years customer.

I bought this last Christmas as a gift to friends. Few months later, friends messaged us that the gift cards were not working. Tried to call customer service of Sam's Club and Firehouse but these two was pointing at each other. No refunds were given. Wasted money. Caused embarrassment.

Scam Alert?!!!! DO NOT BUY. I have 3 card that we're not activated or 0 balance. Sam's will not refund my money as they are sent out by a third party. There are a rip off.
