Purchased many of these as Christmas gifts and NONE had a balance on them. I was told I'm out of luck. DO NOT PURCHASE. SCAM

No one tells you that these gift cards are unusable in the Firehouse Subs app !! They do not accept their OWN gift cards as payment in the app. Since most of their specials can ONLY be ordered in the app, these gift cards fall very short of my satisfaction !!!

Firehouse Subs Doesn’t Accept Their Own Gift Card

The gift cards themselves were great, awesome deal at Christmas time. But the delivery driver left them at the abandoned house next door. It wasn't until a city worker was at that house ten days later that he found the box and brought it over to my house. I was thinking in the Christmas craziness I had lost them!
