This card may only be used for purchases at Firehouse Subs' locations in the United States. This card has no value until activated by Firehouse Subs'. Only an original gift card will be accepted and Firehouse Subs' reserves the right to deactivate or reject any card that cannot be authenticated unles prohibited by law. I have purchased these twice now. I had no issues using them in store. However, they can't be used in app or online. This is a Firehouse issue - nothing to do with the gift cards.

App does not support gift card payment

App does not accept gift card payment. The deals are through the app but you cannot pay with a gift card through the app. So savings you could be getting by using the app are unavailable to you. Gift card payment is only good in the store.

Worst Gift Cards Ever!!!

Sam's Club has a no return policy on gift cards. I tried to return these gift cards because I had so many problems with the Firehouse Subs gift cards I already have. Firehouse Subs has the worst customer service of any restaurant I have dealt with. They don't reply to customer feedback. The gift cards are constantly being declined in store and Firehouse subs does not allow the use of gift cards on their mobile app. The website to check your balance is down more than it is up making it very annoying to check your balance.
