We have two of these kayaks. One is regularly used by our 5 year old, and the other by our 10 year old. It works well for both children. If the 10 year old isn't ready for a full size kayak next year, we'll need another for the now 4 year old.

Bought two, one came damaged. Exchanged for a different color, came from a different location, also damaged upon delivery. Still waiting on my refund for the first one….

Great for my 9 year old grandson. Only con plug hole wasnt drilled out correctly had to be filed out before plug would. Light weight real plus and it seems sturdy

This was a perfect starter kayak for our 40 pound grandson. It is very stable and the paddle size is perfect. We tied it to the back of our kayak and paddled around our little lake with our grandson paddling his new kayak as well. He loved it.
