Our 6 yr old granddaughter was simply delighted when she saw her new hot pink kayak! The kayak seems to be very well made along with the paddle. The paddle is a perfect size, sturdy %26 a perfect weight for her. Once they get out on the lake, we'll know more. But for now, her parents %26 grandparents are very happy with the quality.

i bought this for my grandson, and OMG he flipped, said it was the best gift hes ever gotten ( hes 7 years old LOL ) any way it fit him perfect, and his parents got him a matching vest (lime green), made me so happy I could make his Birthday so exciting!!

We purchased this item for our dog to ride on while being pulled along behind our kayaks. She is a 60 pound German Shepherd/Border Collie mix. It held her nicely and fit her just right. As far as stability goes, she did not rock or sway and it does pull nicely without any drag.

We got this for our 7 year old daughter and she loves it! Worked great on our float trips and she can maneuver it well herself.

Got one for my 7 year old Grandson for Christmas. He went out on the lake here in NC the next day. It was very stable and he was able to maneuver and paddle it very easily. He thinks it is great to be able to go where he wants to explore.

Better than expected! My 9 year old daughter had zero trouble cutting through the water and keeping up with the adults in this kayak. I modified it by adding a seat using some waterproof rivets but other than that it all went perfect.

They are light enough that my 7 year olds can get them in and out of the water. They can navigate in them well. They really enjoy them. The adult kayaks were just too big and bulky for them. These are perfect. We now have 5 of these. I have probably received them before.

This is a great kayak for kids to learn on.

As a senior citizen, I purchased this since it's the maximum weight (18 lbs.) I can lift (pull, actually). 6 feet is a good length. Tried it out and was surprised to see two holes (!) in the bottom, which I learned are called "scupper holes". Apparently they are supposed to let water OUT; however, all they did was let water IN. Ordered some scupper hole plugs to fix that issue. It would be fine on calm water; however, I got wet (water in boat) and barely managed to not turn over with moderate wind/small waves. It was fun though, and I plan to enjoy my small kayak on the lake the remainder of the summer. Included oars worked well, and I like the blue color. By the way, I am 119 lbs.; weight limit of kayak is 115 lbs. However, it was quite a task pulling it over grass, dirt, down a narrow wooden ramp, and launching it over big rocks. Afterwards, pulling it uphill over aforementioned terrain, up the two ramp steps, and back to house.
