Kayak is super stable and perfect for wiggly kids. Love the notch that for the paddles and the finger grooves to carry it to and from the water. Very light weight and perfect size for out 5yo with plenty room to grow into it

Bought this for the grandchildren to use. They tried them out this past weekend and had a blast with them. The kayaks are easy for them to handle, maneuver and get in and out of. They were a hit and we will enjoy them for many summers.

I am 130 pounds (i.e. weight limit) and I do get wet from sitting in 1/2 inch water much of the time. BUT I love it because the seat is carved out so I am stable AND it fits in my sedan AND it was inexpensive.

My little girl is 5 and we bought this for her birthday. Took it on the river and it did good, she actually got it going by herself. The yellow does come with the backrest.

I bought this kayak for my 7 year old son. He's used it in the gulf and river quite a bit this summer. It's a lot of fun for him and a good value for the amount of fun he's had with it.

This youth kayak is perfect for children. It's lighter weight, the paddle is great size, and it gives the kids confidence they can control it on their own and it gives great exercise!

Bought for a Christmas gift for my 8 and 9 yr old kiddos. They look like they are perfect size. They came in plastic wrap. If you are buying as a gift be aware they will not be covered. I will update my review once my kids get to use the Kayaks

Very easy to paddle but will outgrow it within the year. It is best for 5-9 year olds. My 6 year old grandson loves it but having to exchange one for a bigger one for the 11 year old.
