I purchased two of these kayaks for my children ages 6, 8, 10, and 12 and they love them! They're a great price, light weight, my children didn't get frustrated using them, they had fun using them as paddle boards and just laying on them too. The Kayaks were a great gift and hours of fun for our kids. I was also happy about them being small enough that I was able to fit both of them in my mini van with only putting one third row seat down. I didn't have to deal with strapping them on top on my van.

I purchased 2 kayaks as Christmas gifts for my granddaughters in 2016. One of them had a seam that split after the first year and caused it to take on water. I was unaware of the issue for a few years. When I reported the problem to Lifetime (3 years and 11 months after purchasing it) they honored their lifetime warranty and set up an order to replace the kayak at no charge the next day.

The fedex deliverer boasted this was his first boat delivery. I was very happy with this kayak . Gave it to my granddaughter for her eight birthday.she will use it lots at the cottage. She loves kayaking but needed a smaller one. The lifetime has many features the pelican and dolphin for kids do not have. Flat bottom allows standing, swimming and climbing back on. Overall quality much better.she will have years of enjoyment at the lake.

Got 2 of these for our kids (6 & 9 yo) and they are simply perfect. They both fit in the back of my Honda Pilot and are light enough for me to carry to the water. The kids are light enough that they can ride double with their friends. They love giving rides and tipping over for fun! Awesome purchase.

The kayak tracks well and is comfortable-very important to us. Only complaint is that the small gray seat clip and black round strap clip are easily lost-best if secured with thin elastic or the like so they don’t end up in the water. Lifetime was great and replaced our pieces as we lost several after the first time usage. Thank you!

I bought 2 and we strap them to the top of the van. My 8 yr old takes my 4 yr old on one and my 6 yr old takes my 2 yr old on the other while I use a paddle board and we have a great time paddling around the lake. My 4 yr old was even able to do it himself (tied to a rope because he paddles in circles). They are the perfect size and easy to maneuver for the kids.

After seeing these used by other children, my husband and I thought our 2 girls (ages 9 and 5) would love them! We bought 2 through Walmart.com. Walmart.com had the best price out of everyone I checked. I used regular shipping and had them within a week. The first time we used them, we gave the kids a few instructions on how to use one side of the paddle to turn around, but other than that, they caught on immediately! They loved it! We spent hours using them and gave turns to all the kids around us, who caught on quickly and loved them, as well! They fit well in the back of our minivan. When we used our SUV, we put them on the roof and secured with bungee cords. They are lightweight and easy for an adult to carry (finger grooves on the inside). We had the kids carry the paddles. We have a pontoon boat and put them in the middle of the boat with us to transport. When we have more passengers with us, our plan is to secure them on the back of the pontoon with the bungee cords.

Perfect size for my kids, ages 6-11 (though the 11 year old - at 5'1 and 105# is understandably on the large side, but still a little room to grow) Nice, sturdy construction - paddle is included as listed, the seat back shown in some photos, but not mentioned in description is not.

My wife and I bought one of these kayaks and then my dad bought another one and gave it to us for our kids (age 8 & 10) to learn on. The included paddle is decent and the kayak paddles, loads and unloads easily. We store our kayaks outdoors and encountered an issue with one of them where it appears some woodland critter gnawed at the drain plug, rendering it quite useless. When I contacted customer service they immediately offered to send me a replacement, which arrived about a week from my initial contact. Considering there was no charge and they even sent me two (though I think they are packaged that way) I have to say this was a very positive experience with their products and would definitely recommend them to others.

This has been a great kayak for introducing our kids to paddling on the open waters on their own. It is very stable, lightweight, and easy for them to maneuver. They absolutely love them! The price is very affordable as well. I would highly recommend this kayak. It will help create wonderful memories and it is a great way to spend time with your family!
